VJ app. 2:
The spacious apartment is about 90 m², located on the first floor and is equipped with a bedroom with double bed, a second room with a large wardrobe. A large living room with comfortable seating area and large flat screen TV. The apartment has a glazed balcony with another sitting area which also serves as a sleeping function. From the living room you have a wonderful view of the old town and Baltic Sea. In addition, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette. Car parking space is in front of the house. Behind the house the garden can be shared. We are happy to provide you with a travel cot, cribs and a highchair for an additional charge of € 10 each.

Located in the historic Old Town apartment is located on the upper floor of the Villa Johanna. Only a few steps lead you to the beach promenade and the city harbor. Various shops and restaurants are nearby, the property.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht. Die Lage ist super und die Aussicht ein Traum. Wir waren mit unserem 13 jährigen Sohn für 2 Wochen in Sassnitz waren alle 3 sehr begeistert. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Schöne und gut gelegene Wohnung!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Alt-Sassnitz, ist sehr groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Zu zweit kann man die Zeit dort hervorragend genießen, auch wenn uns die Matratzen etwas zu hart und das WLAN etwas zu schwach war. Sie ist für 4 Personen ausgeschrieben, das bedeutet dass zwei Personen auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer nächtigen müssen. Und das sehen wir problematisch. Dieses Sofa ist eher klein, sehr unbequem (unsere Tochter hat versucht, drei Nächte darauf zu schlafen!) und es gibt keinerlei Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten im Raum. Das heißt - bei rund 10 Meter Fensterfläche, dass ab 6 Uhr die Sonne mit voller Kraft den Raum taghell erleuchtet. Auch im Schlafzimmer - das auf der sonnenabgewandten Seite liegt, ist das Thema Verdunkelung nicht perfekt gelöst! Wenn man diese Punkte ignorieren kann, ist die Wohnung auch für 4 Personen sehr passend und empfehlenswert. Zu zweit würden wir die Wohnung wieder anmieten.

Wunderbar

Sehr großzügige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit besonderen Details. Viel Platz. Sensationeller Ausblick, am Tage wie in der Nacht. Haben selten den Fernseher angemacht. Sauberkeit Topp, der Besitzer kontrolliert hier sogar noch selbst. Absolute Ruhe in der Nacht. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein Ankleidezimmer mit vielen Schränken ist sogar vorhanden. Es war eine tolle Woche, Danke an den Gastgeber und auch an die superschnelle Touristik-Zentrale am Hafen. Äußerst freundliche und schnelle Mitarbeiterinnen dort, die bereitwillig auch zusätzliche Anfragen angenommen haben, hat man nur noch selten!
