Brand new build 4B/3.5B in Zions Village w/Hot Tub

Brand new build, beautifully decorated farmhouse style townhome in the wonderful red-rock landscape of Hurricane, Utah. This is part of the Luxurious Zions Village Resort that includes many amenities like a large pool, lazy river, hot tub, firepits and outdoor grills. This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, townhome with a two car garage. Zions Village is located in a fantastic location. It can sleep up to 14 people. There are two lakes near by, for boating, swimming and kayaking. Zions National Park is less than 20 minutes away. Sand Hollow is a 10 minute drive, known for boating, fabulous rock crawling and OHV riding. This location is also very close to world class mountain biking trails like Gooseberry Mesa, Jem, and Holy Guacamole.

This unit is close walking distance to the pool, but is far enough away to avoid the noise that can come from staying close to the pool area. There is street parking right in front of the townhome for your trailer or boat and a driveway that can accommodate two additional cars.

This townhome comes with a fully furnished kitchen with appliances that include: coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, waffle maker, blender, and crook pot. Bathrooms are stocked with clean towels. We also include 14 pool towels. On the main floor, you will find a half bath, in addition to a master bedroom with a king bed and master bathroom and walk-in shower. A large 65 in Smart TV is in the bedroom. The living room also includes a 75 inch Smart TV.

Upstairs, you will find a large living room, with a 75 in Smart TV. There is also a cocktail vintage arcade that has over 3500 games on it. This arcade includes all the games you grew up on including: Tetris, Donkey Kong, PacMan, Street Fighter II, Gunsmoke, Sonic, Mario Bro's, Contra, Excitebike, Immortal Kombat, Simpsons, Frogger, etc. If you can think of a classic game, you can probably find it. There is another master bedroom with a king bed, full bath and walk-in shower. The queen room includes two queen sized beds. The bunkroom includes 2 sets of triple bunk beds with full sized mattresses that can sleep up to 12 kids. A pack and play is in the closet. You will also find an vertical arcade that includes 300 classical arcade games for kids.

Other amenities include a ping pong table in the garage and a gas grill on the patio. The clubhouse has pool table, foosball, large exercise room and gym. There are also showers and bathrooms.

This is a non smoking unit. No pets allowed.
Guest will be provided with a key fob which will give you full access to everything in the Clubhouse and Pool area.

Terrific neighborhood by Sky Mountain Golf Course... one of the most scenic in the United States.

Follow Follow UT 9 E for 7 miles and turn left onto 2260 W.
Take a right on 100 north.
