Located in the attic, the apartment is divided into a bedroom with a large double bed, an open living, cooking and dining area and a shower room with hand basin, bidet and toilet. In the bedroom you will find comfort and functionality in the spacious double bed with two bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe with mirrored doors. Take a seat on the cozy sofa in the open plan living area, which gives you the view of the TV and out through the floor to ceiling windows to the balcony. The kitchenette, consisting of oven, cooker with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and small electrical appliances such as a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle is in front of the large dining table with four chairs. For your entertainment, a 3D 40 "flat screen TV with Blue-Ray hi-fi system is available. The bathroom has a glass shower cubicle, a built-in washbasin with mirror and vanity mirror, hairdryer, bidet and WC.   At the Villa Europa page over on the terrace provides direct access to solar-heated communal outdoor swimming pool, the barbecue, the sunbeds and to the XXL beach chair.

The Villa Europa presents itself as a modern facility with five separate apartments. The house is detached in a fully developed quiet residential area, on the edge of the town center and the Baltic Sea beach of Baltic Sea Heringsdorf.   Built in 2008, all holiday apartments as two-room apartments each have a living space of 50 square meters. With the exception of the apartment Nice in the 2. Upstairs is located and accommodates a maximum of 2 guests plus baby, all other four apartments (Barcelona and Granada on the ground floor) receive, (Pisa and Florence in the 1st. OG) up to 3 guests plus baby. In addition to the exclusively designed bedrooms for two people, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. All flats radiate a warm Mediterranean flair and create a pleasant indoor climate even in the cold season, which in addition to four apartments (EC and 1. OG) is accompanied by a fireplace in the living area. Comfort and modernity are defined in the living area with the 40 3D Flat TV, the hi-fi sound system with Blue-Ray player and the high-quality furniture. This room is complemented with a fully equipped kitchen. The Maritim-designed bathrooms are all equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet and vanity with mirror.   Outside there is the pool (use from May to September), a barbecue and 2 sun loungers a XXL beach chair and other seating to enjoy the pure relaxation in the open air.   The nearest shops and restaurants, the beach, as well as the town center are within easy reach on foot or by bike in a radius of 500 to 1000 meters. The Gothensee is about 150 meters away and the excursion to the sea with the sandy beach and opportunities for water sports is possible after only 1000m.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
