hiking trails in the surrounding hills.
At the crossroads of QUERCY, PÉRIGORD and LIMOUSIN and in the heart of the major tourist sites: Collonges la Rouge, Martel, Rocamadour, Padirac, Sarlat, Lascaux.

This rental includes:

On the first floor: 1 large living room (living/dining room with marble floor) TV, fully equipped open kitchen (2 fridges, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and electric coffee maker) – separate toilet, large pantry.

On the 1st floor: 3 large bedrooms with large balcony (1 bed 160, 2 twin beds in 90, 1 bed 140) – 1 bathroom – 1 separate toilet.

On the 2nd and last floor: 3 bedrooms with 140 beds. Each room is equipped with a shower cubicle and a washbasin – separate toilet

Please note: air conditioning in all 6 bedrooms. The house is particularly well insulated (a + for hot days) and is equipped on the 2nd floor with isophonic partitions and doors.

We provide bed linen and towels at no extra charge.
