This is building was built in 1929 and was completely renovated in 2012! EACH room is $90 or $200 per night. Use 1 or all 10 rooms! You are charged for only rooms you use. Contact us by phone or email. Find our info on the web. We give tours. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Many common areas for families to gather and relax. Located in the middle of the country in SE Nebraska, essential to family get togethers when they are spread out across the US. Quiet, small "hallmark" type town. Also, within 20 minutes of bigger cities for choice of shopping and eating. Perfect for any type of family or friends get together. Close by is fishing, swimming, shopping, biking, finding "Odell Diamonds" by a lake, national parks, bike trails, hunting, museum across the street, etc.

Why they chose this property

Beautiful, Clean, Quiet! You will love this quiet little town and unique place to stay. The whole family will fit. Kids can ride bikes down the middle of Main Street and go to the park 1 block away. Grocery store is 1 block away. Our little town is a 'Hallmark' town.

What makes this property unique

This large home is a very historic building. It is almost 100 years old. In 2008 a group of 8 individuals from the Odell area got together and crashed ideas on how to save this building. In 2010 they started complete renovations with the help of many volunteers from the area. In 2012 we opened our doors as a B & B. Guests love this place!
