Beautiful villa in the downtown area of Miami Playa just 1500m from the beach. The villa is on a 525m2 plot and consists of a 240cm wide by 250cms long garage, parking area. Built-in barbecue. 4 * 8 m fenced pool with a minimum depth of 150cms and a maximum of 180cms. Sun loungers and garden furniture. Access to the house is by two stairs.
