Quaint feel near historic sites in downtown Mobile. The only 2 issues was the bedroom got warm at night even with the bedroom ac on and the bathtub fills due to slow drainage which made the tub slippery. Otherwise, nice and cozy. Would stay again.
Of all the places I have stayed, this was a home away from home. Nothing was lacking. The home is perfectly located. Parking was easy and the host were great with communication.
We found the city of Mobile fascinating. We safely walked all around this historical area. Many neighbors were out walking and also said hi. I recommend touring the USS Mobile battleship and museum!! Charming local restaurants abound with friendly staff. This property needs some attention but workmen were there making improvements
We were satisfied with the unit. Only issue was the bed was pretty much worn out. Wife and I sunk to middle depression. We are a combined 400lbs. Like many places we have been to lately we had no extra blanket or pillow. Would I stay again ...maybe. If I new bed was replaced. Nice coffee shop within walking distance. 10 min to Target and 10 the other way to downtown. It had a big kitchen also.

Safety issues I was exposed to:Wasps insideWindows and secondary egress painted shutAc register dripping onto pans on stoveExposure to lead paint via window unitsNo entry/porch lightsHouse location not clearly identifiedLead paint sanding baring primary agressConstruction wood debris baring egressThey exposed me to lead paint and barred egress multiple times without giving any notice. When asked about the lead I was told there was no danger and that it was just standard for the age of the house. After I left they said I signed a waiver and have yet to get me a Copy of it even though I asked.Management didn’t know about the construction or sanding. They will expose their guest to danger and would fail an inspection. They should not be renting these units until they get them fixed up not while guests are staying there. They don’t communicate nor do they seem to care about guest safety. Beware any of their properties.
