The next rocky beach is located directly in front of the house - ideal for a refreshing swim in crystal-clear water. Just 100 metres further, a well-maintained gravel beach with shady spots invites you to sunbathe. A supermarket and another restaurant are conveniently within walking distance.



The house has several modern rooms for two persons, equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, refrigerator and private bathroom with shower. The rooms without sea view offer access to a spacious communal terrace with seating areas, sun loungers and parasol - perfect for enjoying mild evenings in a tranquil atmosphere.



Every morning, a rich breakfast is served on the garden terrace, and a breakfast room is also available if needed. Guests have access to free private parking spaces, an outdoor shower, and shady spots in the garden. A small pet up to 10 kg is welcome.



The environment offers diverse leisure activities: boat trips, diving, snorkelling, sailing, kayaking, cycling or walks along the coast. Particularly recommended are excursions to the Lim Fjord with its impressive karst formations or evening walks in the historic old town of Rovinj.
