I’ve never done this type of stay at host houses before I’ve always stayed at hotels, but this is one of the best places that you could stay at very clean very friendly people easy check-in. It was a lot of fun for my family to be there for four days, I would definitely stay there again.

The house was exactly what we needed. The fenced in area for the dogs was nice for our dogs. The house was very clean and comforting when you arrived. If you was to compain about anything it would be that the house was a little out dated. Overall i would stay there again.

Great Place for a Family

We enjoyed the house and the large yard. There was plenty of room for our family and while we were in town for an event, it allowed us time to relax in the evening and room to prepare for the next day.

Great location close to Ball State

If you are looking to visit a family member in college at Ball State, this is a great place to take the family and even the family dog. Country setting but a 3 minute drive into town.

Nice home in quiet neighborhood

Several co-workers rented this nice home while attending an event at Ball State University. The owner was great to work with and we appreciated how close it was to Ball State.

Home Town Visit

The house is located on a beautiful lot and a nice neighborhood. The property was a nice older ranch style house that appeared very nice. The inside is very dated and it needs a deep cleaning. And a visit from an exterminator, bugs in the kitchen, and my husband got a spider bite.

Relaxing stay

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. Although we didn’t use the hot tub or garage or outdoor features we thoroughly enjoyed the dining room. Home is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again if we return to Muncie.

It was a nice house. Dishes and silver ware could have been more organized and cleaner but overall this was a great stay. Very relaxing house and area. Will definitely stay again if I'm in that area.

Close to Town

We liked the location, and our dog liked it too. The front yard is picket fenced, there is NOT a chain fence in back as shown on the listing. Beds were comfy.

Great Country Vibe

We loved staying here. The view from the sun room is awesome. A bit more communication from the owners around recycling and a defective smoke alarm would have been helpful. A better stocked kitchen would be good. There is a great dining area and lots of dishes. Not a lot of flatware.

Family Friendly Home

We traveled to Muncie to see my 90 year old father so he could meet his great grandchildren. The house was comfortable and roomy enough to visit with family. The backyard was spacious for our grands to run and play. They even enjoyed picking and eating apples from the apple tree. We travelled with our 2 dogs and were pleasantly surprised with how warm the garage was for their stay. The home is in a nice rural area that is family friendly. We definitely plan to stay there again when in town next.
