Close to Parks, Public Beach, Boat, Kayak and bike rentals, Boat Ramps, Marina, Restaurant/Bar, Convenience store and Walking path. Garage is heated/cooled and is the perfect hang out spot with TV, furniture, sink and fridge to keep the drinks cold. Boat parking inside is available. Adequate parking outside for boats/RVs.

One of my friends said his pillow wasn’t clean and smelled of another person. There wasn’t any shampoo or body wash for the shower. The refrigerator is dirty. Overall it’s a great place to stay for guys fishing trip but would bring my family there. The property manager was very helpful and allowed us to drop off our stuff prior to check in time so we didn’t have to leave it at the boat ramp. Very much appreciated.

Family hunt

We stayed there while we were in the area hunting. It was a very nice place and located very close to the marina. We are booked to stay there again in about 3 weeks for deer hunting.

Great location and nice home!

Me and my son had a great trip to hunt pheasant in the area! Chamberlain is a great area central to a few good spots, and a nice town with plenty of dining and shopping. The house was perfect, and had everything we needed for the stay. We’d definitely book it again!

Perfect Location and Accommodations!

We could not have been more pleased with this property. It was perfect for our trip, and being able to park the boat inside, not having to tarp up, and secure items at night was so great. The host was wonderful to work with, and the place was so perfect from a location standpoint to everything we were in the area to do! Highly recommend.
