Home Truths:
*Backyard lawn/garden is pretty wild and unkempt. Please be careful, especially with kids, because the garden can have poison oak. There is also a resident deer that hangs out regularly just outside the windows.
*The home is very private except front living room that has windows to street.
*Watch your kids on the balcony/rooftop deck.
*Be careful when using the climbing wall. Only use it, if you are safely using it.
*Be careful on step trail on outside of property.
*The fold out bed in the office is a blow up one and the plug in pump is in the closet. It needs to be refilled each night before sleeping in it.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-We are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
-Absolutely NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC.
-QUIET HOURS: Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 10PM-10M.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the property.
-NO ANIMALS OR PETS of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
