Why Joshua McIntyre chose Larimer County
Our property is our homestead. We are learning to live from the land, raise food for ourselves and others with vegetable gardens, lamb, chicken, duck, eggs, and honey, and more as we learn. We want to do our best toward regenerative agriculture and restoring the land from its more commercially-used past. And we want it to be a place of peace and rest.
What makes this Camp ground unique
We have come to enjoy the hard work in life, the meaningful things that last, and the rest that gives us new energy to do more of the same. We find that in living our life together and raising our family in this environment has many benefits beyond what most people of our day know about, and we think it's worth it and want to share that with others also!

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
