The home is less than 5 minutes of Save Mart Center, Fresno State University, shopping centers, and fine dining in the River Park shopping center. The airport is within 10 minutes. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make a home cooked meal. You will love the privacy in the back yard afforded by 40’ Italian cypress trees surrounding the back yard!! Perfect for a family gathering with the 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom configuration. Enjoy the game room complete with a pool table and classic arcade games! Here there’s something for everyone!

Appearance is nice

The house appears nice on the surface and for the price point and size, it was pretty decent. It sits off a busy street so the two front rooms were quite loud at night. The toilet paper was nice as well as the linens. The pool table was great and the variety of board games. The decor was thoughtful. Cons were that it wasn’t deep cleaned, supplies were missing and some furniture was falling apart. Owner was receptive to suggestions.

Perfect Family Vacation

Our overall stay was clean, presentable, relaxing and inviting. When we first arrived at the house we had trouble getting in the house and the owner responded quickly and was able to help us out immediately. Any issues we had, the owner was great in responding quickly to our needs.

Palm Springs golf week-end

Extremely helpful, great communications. Nice safe location. The house is a nice size great for a large family. We appreciated we could pull our car into the garage.

We rented this wonderful home with the intention of visiting both Yosemite and Sequoia Parks! The location was perfect for us! The home was clean and comfortable and spacious for the 5 of us! The house was close to tons of restaurants and shopping, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and games chilling in the evenings! Absolutely no complaints here as we had a wonderful time together! And the parks are literally priceless to visit! Thank you so much!

Very nice house for a family stay

This is a very nice property. Our large family was in town for a funeral and this house was perfect for us. The owner was very accommodating. Great location, it’s next to a road but the road noise was muted and did not bother us at all. Target and food and shopping are very close by. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well stocked. We are back and forth to Fresno often and would like to stay here again.

Big home, lots of rules

Now, we completely understand why you need a few rules in a rental but, my goodness. No sleeping on couch. We our older, sometimes you fall asleep. A threatening big sign if you go to the garage. 1 makeup towel per bath. Have you seen women take makeup off, you need more then 1 , just give a heads up to vacationers, so we know. The hot water is HORRIBLE! The stairs are a safety hazard. The first night we had some baby roaches. It is a beautiful home, but the signs everywhere is a big put off. The key box was not fun looking for. More detail information on your site is needed for people to make a more informed decision on where to stay. Thank you

Softball tournament stay

We came in for a tournament, but unfortunately it got canceled due to the rain! But it was nice to enjoy the house and be nice and cozy!

Beautiful Home on a main street with spacious backyard.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. There was a small hiccup that the property owner more than made up for and was very easy to communicate with. I would not hesitate to book this listing again if I'm in the area.

Comfortable home!

We really enjoyed our stay! This home had a lot of activities to do such as board games, pool table, video games. It had a lot of bed and space for my family! It also has a grill, my family loves making “carne asada”. There is a lot of parking on the driveway as well it says it is for 3 cars but I think 4-5 cars can fit. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Great family stay!

Home is perfectly located for our need. Upon opening the door we were greeted with a cleanliness smell, important with COVID and other flu's and illnesses this year. The home is spacious, clean, and nicely appointed including the pool table, board games, and full size arcade games which kept the little ones busy while we were there. Comfortable queen beds in three bedrooms, 2 twins in the fourth bedroom. Kitchen adequately appointed for our needs. Host contacted us regarding a couple of issues being taken care of prior to our arrival and during our time there. He was very respectful of us. Definitely would stay again and perhaps any other property the host owns in the area. Thank you for having us!

We really enjoyed the house. Lots of fun features for the kids to enjoy. We didn’t even turn on the TV. The traffic noise made it really hard to sleep though and for some reason there were lots of bugs in the front walk and entrance of the house.

Beautiful home.

This house is beautiful and spacious. We had 4 adults which was my parents, husband and myself; with our 6 kids. This house was a good fit for us. We had room to spread out and the kids enjoyed the game room and the backyard. The kitchen is nice and stocked with good utensils and pans. They provided salt(ran out of salt no refill) , pepper and sugar. So if you plan on doing cooking then you’ll have to bring your own spices. The pictures are accurate. The location is great and for us close to our family that lives in the area. We really enjoyed the house and would definitely stay again and recommend to our family and friends. I actually sent a link to my aunt who lives in Oregon, who is planning a trip to the area.

Overall a great stay and spacious for family - a few things need to be addressed

The home well accommodated family. The home has been modernized, but a few things need to be updated for better efficiency: 1) the stairway has no outer rail and is a life, health, and safety matter 2) the showers and fixtures in bathrooms on first floor and upstairs master need to be updated - current fixtured are hard to regulate temperature and turn on/off 3) perhaps a grill or firepit for outdoor cooking 4) needs full size ironing board
