Very clean wonderful condo

Went to OBA with sisters for an annual trip. We have stayed at Sunswept a few times. This was the best unit we have been in. Very clean, lots of updates, showers worked well. It was great, we will be book again in the future. Thank you.

Great unit right on the beach.

Sunswept is squeezed in between some larger condominiums, but our unit on the sixth floor had a private balcony with a terrific view of the ocean. This unit was clean and well-stocked. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay!

Love the view

SunSwept was a relaxing getaway with a beautiful ocean front view! At check in everyone was extremely helpful and kind. We enjoyed being within walking distance to restaurants and some stores. The condo was just as it appears in the photos and was the perfect size for our family of 4. We will definitely be back!

Amazing

This place and company were amazing from start to finish. The staff was extremely friendly. The place is just as pictured. The location is perfect. We had an issue with the ice maker and the company bought us ice everyday until ice maker was replaced. We will back!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is not as nice as it sounds. Condo needs a deep clean!! It's not newly renovated as website suggest. Fridge makes a LOUD noise so loud that I believe condo beneath can probably hear/feel. One of the elevators sounds and feels like it will stop working at any time. Not much on the entrance/exit of parking lot. It's at a light but you can only go one way, and you have to make u-turns. The view was amazing! Would I stay here again? NO

Wonderful

The property location is great. Elevator wait time is low. The beach is so close very easy to walk back to room during beach time. Which you will have to because there isn't a restroom near the pool. My girls asked the front desk if there was a restroom and were told to walk across the street to Walmart.

he property was wonderful and clean. Very updated! The only downside was that there was not a bathroom down by the pool. We had to go all the way to our condo to use the restroom. Otherwise it was an awesome place to stay. We will be back!

Cute condo in a great location

The condo was in a great location with a nice view! The kitchen was well-stocked and we liked that we could refill our water bottles from the filtered water built into the fridge. The building is older but has been nicely renovated. Our only complaints were that when we first arrived, the condo had an unpleasant odor but after opening the balcony door and airing out the place, it quickly went away. We also had 2 people using a hair dryer at the same time and they both all of a sudden turned off. We were unable to find the breaker box and get them working again so they were unable to finish drying their hair to get ready to go out. Other than those minor things, we enjoyed our stay!

A very pleasant stay

Our stay in this property was so pleasant: - Check-in process was very easy, we had a late check in as we arrived after the lease office was closed but we found an envelope with all what we need in the office safe. - Property itself was upgraded as mentioned in the details and it was super clean with all what you need available (kitchen wares, toiletries/bath towels, TVs, etc) - Porch was awesome big with a table and rocking chair that made it perfect for relaxing - Location is great with direct access to the beach - Swimming pool clean and good for kids to have fun Couple of things that can be worked on: - Check in process was easy, however there was a small lag in communication prior to check in, for example the code to the safe to get the ingo envelop - Pool area, although equipped with plenty of pool chairs, doesn't have umbrellas so if you don't have any the heat and sun would be annoying. Overall our stay was pleasant and smooth, will definitely go back and recommend.

My boyfriend and I have stayed at Sunswept three times since 2022 and this has been our favorite condo by far. Besides being well-maintained, the appliances and furniture have definitely been updated in recent years. Plus, the balcony directly overlooks the pool. We love this condo & will be booking it again in the near future.

Loved they had many over door hanging hooks for swim suits & towels to dry. The location of Sunswept couldn't have been any better! Directly across from Walmart & Rousse's grocery. The check-in was simple & staff very friendly & responsive. Easy & direct access to the beach. Family enjoyed it & I would definitely return.
