**The outdoor pool and children's splash pad at Phoenix V Condominium is temporarily closed due to a scheduled pool coping replacement project. The tentative completion date is 5/28 depending on weather and construction progress.**

Welcome to Phoenix V 114, a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath Gulf-front condo offering 801 sq. ft. of coastal comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 4 guests. This beautifully located unit invites you to relax, unwind, and soak in the stunning scenery of Orange Beach. Step onto your private, furnished balcony and enjoy refreshing breezes, the sound of waves rolling ashore, and unforgettable Gulf sunsets—your perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wine. Inside, you'll be welcomed by bright coastal décor and abundant natural light.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The primary bedroom offers direct access to a shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

This unit is located on the first floor—the same level as the lobby and parking area—so you'll love the convenience of parking directly in front of your door. No elevators, no waits, and easy access to the beach and pool.

When it comes to amenities, Phoenix V has something for everyone! Enjoy the beachside outdoor pool, kiddie pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis court, racquetball court, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads straight to the sugar-white sand. Kids will especially love the one-of-a-kind pirate-themed splash pad, making this the perfect family-friendly getaway.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Our family had a great stay here! Beautiful condo! We loved the convenience of this location and the ease of parking on the same level as the unit without sacrificing the beautiful view! We enjoyed watching the sunrises from the balcony every morning, the easy walk to the beach, and our toddler loved the splash pad! We hope to be back!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Myself, my husband and our 4 year old shared the king bed while our 7 month old slept in his pack n play which was able to fit on the side of the bed. Accessing the beach was so easy. Parking right by our condo door was a major plus!! I didn’t realize until we were there that first floor doesn’t mean ground floor! However, this turned out to be a pro for us because unloading/loading the car was much easier! When we arrived at 4:40 pm, the cleaning staff was still on site. Check in was at 4 pm. She was very kind and stated the guests before us left the balcony doors open and a mess so I appreciate her staying to truly give the condo a great clean instead of rushing. All in all, a great stay and great little condo! The added amenities of Phoenix V was perfect for us!

Loved being on the ground level and able to park close to the unit and easy access to the pool and beach. Unit was clean and comfortable, really enjoyed our stay.

Overall a wonderful vacation. The room was nice and clean, you could tell it was an older condo but overall nice. One thing is that the comforter on the bed is basically a sheet so if you’re cold natured like me, you’ll need blankets. Overall though, I would recommend and would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect size for 2 adults and a toddler. The Phoenix V was almost completely booked for the holiday weekend, but it never seemed overcrowded at the pool, splash pad, or beach. This first floor unit was great because we didn’t need to take the elevators. You have to go to the basement level to get to beach and pool, but from this unit you can just walk around the corner.Something to note, this unit has a shower only, no tub. Not a problem, just something to be aware of when booking.We will definitely stay here again!

Overall great but..

While overall the stay was great and accommodating, there was some odd things to happen. The stove was on when we arrived which could have been ugly seeing as there were two young children staying. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty. My 7 year old was drinking out of a cup that had lipstick on the rim still from a previous visitor and the dishwasher didn't work (which is fine, hand washing dishes is no big deal). Again overall the stay was great and the owners were quick to reply whenever I reached out about something. Would def visit the Phoenix V again.
