The large 2 bedroom Masionette Apartment No. 18 with additional bedroom on the gallery is located on the second and third floor of the Villa Ostseewarte. On the lower level is a large spacious living room with comfortable seating, an open, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and dishwasher and a cozy dining area. The bathroom on the lower level is equipped with shower and toilet, the separate bedroom has a large double bed. Also on the lower level is the south-facing furnished balcony in summer, where you can enjoy the sun until evening. From the bedroom you can reach a staircase in the upper level, in which there is another bedroom with a double bed. In the upper level, there is no full ceiling height. A parking space is available on the property free of charge and your bicycles can also be accommodated on the property in a separate storage room. All apartments in the Villa Ostseewarte have password-protected DSL-WLAN Internet access (device-bound, Euro 1.50 per day and device). An elevator was retrofitted. A washing machine can be used for a fee (coin machine).
