This beautiful, modern villa offers enough space for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 floors.
The heated saltwater pool surrounded by palm trees offers a great view of the picturesque freshwater canal. The villa also has a private dock that is great for soaking up the Florida sun. Or you can make yourself comfortable between two palm trees on your hammock.

The master bedroom is on the upper floor. It features a walk-in closet, is furnished with a king-size bed and a 55-inch Roku Smart TV. As an en suite bathroom, it also offers direct access to the adjoining bathroom, which is equipped with both a bathtub and a large shower. In front of the bedroom is a bright and open workspace overlooking the downstairs living area
.The living area downstairs is modern and furnished with great attention to detail. Sit back and enjoy a relaxing evening of TV on a 55-inch Roku Smart TV.
Both guest rooms have a queen-size bed, and one of the rooms also has a 42-inch Roku Smart TV.

The kitchen and dining area, which lead to the outdoor pool and patio, are connected by a bar countertop with additional bar stools, leaving plenty of space for entertaining.
On the covered terrace with additional seating, ceiling fan and gas grill you will find everything you need for a cozy BBQ evening.
To relax by the pool or on the captains walk there are 4 sun loungers available for you. If you would like to explore the beautiful surroundings, you have 3 bicycles and 2 kayaks at your disposal.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed. No exceptions.
On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
