Enjoy a vacation for the whole family in your own energy-friendly semi-detached house on the unique North Sea island. The semi-detached house is located on a 1600 sqm plot with old trees, at Sanghughwai 1. In your own exclusive house, you have space for 2-4 people. on approx. 92sqm.
The non-smoking house offers you exclusive living in a modern ambience over 3 floors.

The semi-detached house is within walking distance of the historic town center of Nebel. The bus stop "Strandweg" is located near the property, which enables a car-free arrival. You can also walk to a bakery, a supermarket, various restaurants, a bank (Volksbank), a post office, some boutiques, several options for renting bicycles and the beach.

Europe's largest sandy beach is only 1km away and can be reached by bike in about 5 minutes. A walk of about 30 minutes through the dune landscape takes you to the landmark of Amrum, the lighthouse.

Amrum „Perle der Nordsee“

Dieses Haus, war wie Amrum selbst, eine Perle.Alles war stimmig, vom ersten Kontakt, bis zum gesamten Eindruck, wie Sauberkeit, Standort, Erholungsfaktor und zusätzlich noch wunderschön.Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Haus zu 100% empfehlen.

Schönes Urlaubsdomizil in Nebel

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaushälfte sehr genossen. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist großzügig, die Terrasse mit Strandkorb wie ein weiteres Wohnzimmer. Der riesige Fernseher war uns weniger wichtig, aber über die (fast) vollständig ausgestattete Küche haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus ist gut gelegen, um Amrum zu erkunden. Das Ortszentrum von Nebel, das Watt und selbst der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar, mit dem Fahrrad ist es weder nach Wittdün noch nach Norddorf weit. Kontakt und Abwicklung waren reibungslos, die Gastgeberin ist sehr bemüht - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Schon vor der Anreise hatte ich einen super Kontakt zur Gastgeberin Frau Roggenbuck. Dort angekommen waren wir begeistert von der wirklich sehr schönen und liebevollen Einrichtung des Ferienhauses. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist bemerkenswert und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Was nicht erwähnt wurde in der Beschreibung ist, dass die beiden Schlafzimmer auf einer Etage sind und man dadurch noch ein zweites Stockwerk als Aufenthaltsraum zur Verfügung hat, das ist super! Auch der Strandkorb auf der Terrasse ist wunderbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus

Ein schönes, modernes Haus mit nordfriesischem Flair. Positiv: Sauberkeit, Garten mit Sitzplatz, elektrische Rollläden. Abzüge: Mückengitter fehlen, wenig Teller verfügbar wenn man nicht zuesätzlich von Hand abwaschen möchte. Kühlschrank steht etwas verloren in der ansonsten schönen Küche. Alles in allem sehr gut und absolut zu empfehlen!

gemütliches und komfortables Ferienhaus

wir, zwei Ehepaare im Rentenalter, waren über den Jahreswechsel 2022/23 dort. Es hat uns gut gefallen, das Haus ist ziemlich komplett ausgestattet, auch mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Einziger Kritikpunkt, und das ist auch immer dem subjektiven Gefühl geschuldet, waren die Matratzen, sie waren uns allen nicht weich genug. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung sehr gut. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Das ausgesprochen schöne, gemütliche und komfortable Haus in Nebel war uns ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt, um von dort aus viele attraktive Orte der Insel zu Fuß erreichen zu können. Herrlich, der Strand und die Weite, bei jedem Wetter! Allerdings waren wir doch überrascht vom regen Verkehrsaufkommen im und um das Örtchen.

Wundervolles Haus in der Inselmitte - im schönsten Ort der Insel - in Nebel
