Okay but not great

House was cute, neighborhood nice and felt safe, beds comfortable. Some normal items were missing. Just keep in mind it is owned by a property mngt company which typically means not all of the homey feeling is there. Probably would stay elsewhere when next thru Memphis.

House is exactly what you see online. Located right near/on campus. Close to dinning places. Would stay again.

Great time had by all!

The residence was just as the listing said. There was ease of communication between me and the owner. The home was perfect for our stay. I would lodge here again!

College town vibes!

This is definitely a property that my 20-year-old college self would have loved! It’s relatively quiet (can’t really help the airplane and train sounds - they didn’t bother us but they were noticeable) for a house so close to campus. I would recommend staying here if you’re in town for a game, like we were. It’s close to everything!

Great house, fantastic backyard , perfect location

We had a wonderful stay in this adorable house. It had everything we needed plus an amazing backyard. Our pups as well as the three of us totally enjoyed the backyard. This home is in a great location to get everywhere we needed to go.

Wonderful stay!

Located right off U of M campus, it was perfect location for our family trip to Memphis. There was amble space for our group and the kids enjoyed playing in the fenced in backyard. Beds were comfortable. Management communication was wonderful and flexible to meet our needs. Will definitely be looking to stay here again on another trip to the 901!

Clean and cozy

My husband and I stayed here with our dogs for about a week. The house is clean and in good repair. Location is practically on campus of U Memphis, across from a large UM parking area. Overall, it's a pretty quiet and reasonably safe area, close to restaurants and grocery stores. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen was well -equipped, and the bathroom was clean. The house is equipped with an electronic lock, which made accessing the property a breeze. The yard is private and good for dogs, but there are a few gaps in the fencing to be aware of if your pets are smaller. In shirt, we would stay here again.
