About Jeffrey D. Stulberg, Esq.

Our family loves Oregon. It is a very natural and rustic unpretentious place with great fishing, hot springs, and river rafting. Our kids love our place and we hope you will too!

Jeffrey D. Stulberg, Esq. purchased this chalet in 2005

Why Jeffrey D. Stulberg, Esq. chose Oregon

Great salmon, steelhead and trout fishing, laid back, close to Eugene, skiing, hot springs, farms, horseback riding, berry picking, Christmas tree farms, organic restaurants, not crowded.

What makes this chalet unique

This place is so cozy. It is 2,635 square feet and is surrounded by giant trees, flowers and blueberry bushes. There are two fireplaces, a private boat in the dock, and the fishing can't be beat. Eugene is an exciting city with great restaurants, bookshops, etc.

Wonderful place in the woods!

  • 5 of 5

What a great place for relaxation and getting back to nature. The fishing was fun, the grounds were beautiful and it was exactly what we wanted. The house was wonderful for 3 couples (55+). The kitchen was small but it worked out just fine. There was no internet or TV, except for some DVD movies. Once we put down our phones etc., we had more time to sit on the deck, cook, go for walks and drink great wine from Oregon. We all agreed to come back to this same house next year. The owners were great to deal with and provided us with information about the area. They were very responsive to all our questions. All in all, we enjoyed our 5 night stay!

Girl Trip Getaway

  • 5 of 5

This house is incredible! It was exactly what my friends and I were looking for for a quick getaway. It is an extremely peaceful location in the middle of gorgeous scenery. It's surrounded by hiking, fishing, berry picking, and just a quick 40 minute drive into Eugene. The owner is such a great guy and is very knowledgeable about the area. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Oregon Adventure

  • 5 of 5

Thank you for sharing your house with us as we were introduced to the splendor of Oregon. The house was a perfect "home base" for us as we rested between trips to wineries, Crater Lake, and the beautiful Oregon coast. Isn't it funny how catching a fish can turn a grown man into a giddy child again? And we observed that repeated many times, so there will be no need to make up fish stories to share. Your instructions and suggestions offered were very helpful. We will pack our music DVD's next trip - had to sing our own James Taylor music, but the birds (and fish) didn't seem to mind too much! We will remember this trip with pleasure and appreciate your hospitality.

Family vacation

  • 5 of 5

This home was fabulous. It met all our needs and then some. Centrally located for travel to Eugene and Portland! The dock and boat were the main attractions for our family. Jeff was very helpful with all our needs and responded quickly to our requests. He provided great info for the surrounding area and attractions! I would definitely return here for another vacation!

Memories for a lifetime in this sweet lakefront home on the McKenzie River

  • 5 of 5

We could not have enjoyed our time here any more - as we were packing up the car on the last day my daughter was asking when we could come back. The pictures don't do justice - truly a spectacular setting. The kids had so much fun playing croquet on the front lawn and fishing (morning and night most days) and the home is so comfortable and in such a beautiful setting that we didn't leave too often... the farm stand just up the road (look for the Organic Redneck sign) just opened a beer garden serving a few local brews and wood fired pizza (tasty!) and it makes for a nice afternoon break (open through Oct I believe).

Went to Belknap Springs for a warm water soak, and to the Lava Monument Park and waterfalls one day, and of course to the fish hatchery, but other than that, really enjoyed watching the osprey fish on the lake and enjoying the home and property and the kids fishing off the dock (fishing was awesome, btw). Even hit the sauna a few times - can't imagine how wonderful that would be in winter!

I would absolutely recommend this property - the owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with and we had a wonderful time and hope to return.

Perfect Getaway

  • 5 of 5

This home is a wonderfully relaxing place. It is both clean and spacious. The whole thing feels fresh and lively - with views of the water right off the back porch. My husband and I sat on the private dock where he fished and I read. Walked the canals to s nearby farm and had fresh blueberry popsicles. We went on a local white water rafting tour thru Lazy Days and couldn't have had a better time.Truly the best vacation we have had in ages.
