Das Sofa hat definitiv schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Das Bett knarzt ohne Ende und die Matratzen sind so dünn das man das Lattenrost spürt. Auch die Stühle könnten gerne mal ausgetauscht werden. Der Vermieter sollte evtl. Das komplette Mobiliar erneuern. Die Tapete kommt teilweise von der Wand und frische Farbe wäre auch nicht schlecht. Fernseher und Radio waren nicht nutzbar weil man keinen Empfang hat. Die Küchenausstattung brauche ich nicht mehr erwähnen.

Gute Lage am Südstrand, alles wichtige in wenigen Fußminuten erreichbar. Kleine und feine, sowie saubere Ferienwohnung. Lediglich der WLAN Empfang ist dort nicht ausreichend um eine Verbindung aufzubauen. Aber wenn wir auf Fehmarn sind haben wir alles was wir brauchen. Und WLAN gehört nicht dazu (:

Hunderte von Büchern im und auf dem Schrank sollten gelegentlich von einer Staubschicht befreit werden. Der Fernsehempfang ohne HD, so wurden ARD und ZDF nicht empfangen. WLAN praktisch nicht vorhanden. Man beschränkt sich auf den schwachen Empfang des umliegenden öffentlichen Angebots. Auch ein Duschvorhang ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß, dieser hing nur provisorisch von der Decke. Was uns sehr gestört hat war die Tatsache, dass man durch 7 Türen (teilweise verschlossen) gehen musste um in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Das ist sehr lästig wenn man für eine Woche Gepäck in die dritte Etage (allerdings mit Fahrstuhl) bringen muss. Baulich lässt sich da wohl nichts mehr ändern. Spärlich ausgestattet war das Besteck es fehlten z.B. Eier.-und Kaffeelöffel. Lediglich zwei kleine Mokkalöffel waren vorhanden und die Töpfe ohne Deckel. Der tolle Blick auf den Yachthafen sollte noch erwähnt werden.

Die Wohnung hat ein fast traumhaften Blick auf den Hafen und Burg-Staaken. 25m² sind zukünftig für uns doch ein wenig zu klein. Stauraum für z.B. Koffer usw. war zu gering, weil für den Sommer zuviele Decken und Kissen in den Schränken vorhanden waren. Sinnvoll wäre nur den benötigten Bedarf in der Wohnung vorzuhalten .
