Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally and conveniently located condo on the corner of 4th and Walnut. Right in the center of entertainment, dining and shopping. Tied directly to the skywalk. Well cared for condo. All appliances and washer/dryer. Don't miss out on this great home! This unit is “truly” located downtown. 60 second walk to Hy-Vee and from
the Civic Center.
