About this property

Cottage close to the beach, fireplace, sauna, whirlpool, Wi-Fi incl.

"Zonnewende"! Wonderfully located directly on the water you will find our holiday home in Seepark Nordhorn.
Equipped to a high standard, it offers comfort on two floors for up to six people.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
The prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays 10, - € per night.
City tax does not apply. Costs for electricity, gas and water are included.
Bed linen, towels, firewood, bicycles and food can be ordered for a fee.

On the ground floor you will find in the spacious living / dining area a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for a relaxed cooking pleasure. A large dining table invites you to enjoy together.

The adjoining living area with sofa, reading area and fireplace offers a special atmosphere with its open gallery. A large smart TV, radio / CD / MP3 player and Blu-ray player with a selection of movies provide entertainment. WLAN in our house of course free of charge.

The modern wellness bath with whirlpool, sauna and shower leaves nothing to be desired and provides for soothing relaxation.

The entire basement has underfloor heating.

Upstairs there are two cozy bedrooms, each with double bed and wardrobe. One bedroom is equipped with additional TV (Smart TV).

From the gallery you can enjoy, for. For example, with a good book, a wonderful view of the lake. Two additional sleeping spaces are provided by the comfortable sofa bed.

Furthermore, there is a second toilet upstairs.

The spacious terrace in south-west orientation overlooking the lake offers space for rest and relaxation. Garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and sunbed are waiting for their use.

Washing machine, baby cot with mattress, highchair and footrests are also available.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönes Wochenende direkt am See, es fehlte uns an nix, besonders zu erwähnen bleibt wie sauber das Ferienhaus war und wie problemlos alles von Buchung bis zur Abreise geklappt hat...Zudem wurde Spülmittel, Maschinen Taps, Sprudelwasser, Klopapier und sogar eine Flasche Wein bereit gestellt...

Tolles Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung

Das Haus war nahezu neuwertig und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Wohnanlage am Vechtesee ist sehr ruhig, das Ambiente direkt am Flussufer ist wunderschön. Mit einem Radwegenetz ist die Umgebung sehr gut erschlossen. Kurze Wege in die Innenstadt und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten machen den Aufenthalt zusätzlich sehr angenehm.

Wunderschönes Haus

Eine tolle kleine Auszeit in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus

Die Buchung und Kommunikation war unkompliziert, freundlich und zuverlässig. Das Ferienhaus ist genauo wie beschrieben, es ist hell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Außerdem ist es gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und möchten gerne wiederkommen.

De sauna was top, bubbelbad konden we soms niet aan krijgen,wat een domper was op ons verblijf.Ligstoelen buiten en overdekt terras zouden he nog aangenamer hoofdkussens zijn aan vernieuwing toe.Huisje was binnen proper en net maar de buitenkant is er opkuiswerk nodig,voorgevel spinnenweb ben en het gras mooier aanleggen . Sehr schöne Umgebung, sehr schönes Haus, es fehlt an nichts. Es ist nur etwas staubig gewesen, hat uns jetzt aber nicht daran gehindert uns zu erholen. Uns wurde ca. 2 Wochen vorm Urlaub geschrieben, dass der Whirlpool defekt sei und dies bis zu unserem Aufenthalt wahrscheinlich nicht repariert würde, haben leider nur keine Info mehr bekommen, ob er jetzt noch defekt ist oder nicht.

Super Ausstattung und tolle Umgebung.

Super Ort zum Urlaub machen. Es gibt sehr viele möglichkeiten den Tag zu gestalten ,sei es durch einen Spazierengang an der Vechte entlang, durch die Innenstadt oder einen Besuch im Tierpark. Der sehr zu empfehlen ist! Nah an der NL Grenze,schnell mal rüber zum shoppen. Es gibt viele Freizeitangebote, sei es Boot fahren ,rudern, Kino Besuch, ins Frei oder Hallenbad,angeln, Museums Besuche in der nähe und vieles mehr!!! Erlebt es selber wie schön es in Nordhorn ist. Die Häuser ( Wohnungen ) sind alle sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat nix gefehlt . Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns schon drauf. Es gibt auch tolle Restaurante, am besten hat uns im Pier 15 gefallen! Super leckeres essen. Alles Top!!! Bis bald

Schönes Haus , Top Lage

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und in einem wirklich guten Zustand. Alle Geräte ( wie Sauna, Whirlpool, Fernseher und Küche ) haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Lage ist ein einfach super um sich zu erholen und um Ausflüge in das Umland zu starten. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert, gerade für Familien
