The 2019 newly built beach house, is within walking distance only about 400 meters from the Baltic Sea. Far from mass tourism, in the former fishing village Börgerende, directly on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The Ostseeradwanderweg leads directly over Börgerende. Swimming, lounging on the beach, fishing, endless walks along the sea to Warnemünde or Kühlungsborn, by bike along the Baltic Sea cycle path, ride on the steam train Molli, golf, horseback riding ... everything possible!

House:
The new beach house built in 2019 invites you for a relaxing holiday. A quiet residential street you reach your domicile. A reserved parking space in front of your house makes unloading your holiday luggage a "breeze". Free Wi-Fi is available for you. Via your own front door you reach the ground floor, the hallway is furnished with wardrobe and shoe cupboard. To the right of the hallway is a guest bathroom with shower room. Your living-dining room invites you to linger. These include a large solid wood table with 6 seats, a cozy corner sofa and a 139cm TV / Tripletuner. The L-shaped fitted kitchen open to the living-dining area is equipped with brand-name appliances. Of course, this includes a dishwasher. In the adjacent fenced garden welcomes you to a south-facing terrace with a comfortable Sitzgruppe.Über a high-quality staircase to reach the upper floor with two bedrooms. Here you can enjoy your "holiday dreams" in 1.80x2.00m wide double beds. In both bedrooms TV / Tripletuner are also available. Another shower room with WC is available on this floor. If necessary, a third double bed (1,80x2, 00m), in the loft, 2nd floor is available. A washing machine with dryer provided in the utility room is also available free of charge. Your house has underfloor heating, the living / sleeping rooms are covered with easy-care design floors in wood look. Your pet can enjoy the holiday with you. The Baltic Sea with its endless sandy beaches can be reached on foot in about 450 m. In the village are restaurants, ice cream parlor and shopping for daily needs available. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets not allowed. Travel cot and highchair are available for a fee. Linen sets are chargeable to book.
