For the children there are swings, slides, trampolines and a play house in the garden. The apartment is only seven minutes away from Amberg. The top floor apartment with 70 square meters of living space has two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and the other with a single bed (1.20 x 2.00 m). In the living room you will find a sofa bed and a satellite TV. The spacious kitchen with dining area for up to six people is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishes and pots. The bathroom has a toilet, bathtub and sink. A washing machine can be found in the basement of the house. Bed linen, final cleaning, WiFi and parking are included in the price.
