The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in a rustic, typical local style and functional manner. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, on a farm, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property into the valley and its quiet, sunny, and secluded location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn and garden furniture.

Umag, district Valica. The holiday flat is located on a farm, on an enclosed property with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property and on the street in front of the house.
