All four seasons offer countless outdoor activities to pursue from concerts and festivals to great shopping opportunities, Fall leaf Peeking and a historic quaint town that has numerous yummy food and spirit establishments to choose from. Walk (or Bike) to the shores of Lake Dillon and ride the 18-mile bike path around the lake. Rent a kayak, paddle board, and more, and get out on the water rather than just looking at it. If you venture to Frisco in the winter you are a short drive to 6 world-class Ski Resorts. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, A-Basin. Loveland and Vail. You can spend days hiking nearby trails, Biking down Vail Pass (not for the faint of heart), or venture beyond our special little town to other areas in Summit County with Theater, Outlet Shopping, Dillon Amphitheater Concerts, and the list goes on. 

Now about our home! This is the perfect place to spend time with a few couples or families and call this your home away from home. We are one block off the street of Main Street of Frisco.

And after a fun day of outdoor play, you can settle into a cozy night by the fire (in both the living room and master bedroom). Read a book or watch a show on the flat-screen TV.  The open floor plan allows you to gather with 8 of your favorite people with views of the mountains and liquid sunshine pouting in. Pull up a barstool to chat with the chef as they create a snack or family feast.

The kitchen is fully equipped with just about anything you will need to create meals after a fun day of play or take advantage of the crockpot for a ready-made meal when you come home. You just need to bring the food! If you want to play hooky from the kitchen, stroll to town for breakfast, lunch, and dinner or a cup of morning coffee or evening drink. 

Each of the 3 bedrooms has Ensuite bathrooms with showers or tub/shower combo and the master bath gives you a bird's eye view of Mt. Royal from the soaking tub.

If you have to put in a little remote work time (we hope you don't!) you can settle into a separate landing area with a desk, wifi, and best of all mountain views to remind you to get out and play. 

Take advantage of the washer/dryer in the unit and the garage to park your car and some outdoor grownup toys. You can park a second car in the driveway, although you may never drive it with everything a stone's throw from our townhome.
