The Space
997 Sq Ft 2BR apartment in a newly built building located within walking distance of the beach! Very eco-friendly modern space that is sure to feel like a home away from home! Designated parking space just for your stay. Coin Op washer and dryer located on the premises as well! The entire apartment is constructed to be handicap accessible, including the shower, and there is a designated handicap parking space for the guests who need it.

To the beach with the teenagers

We were in Biloxi for the Gulf Coast Show choir Classic. The apartment was perfect for our family group. I particularly liked that quality toilet paper was available in both bathrooms. This owner attends to the details. Hopefully we will be back next year.

Great overall property! Very clean and spacious unit. Really our only issue was it took me nearly 15-30 minutes each time to unlock the door because it gets stuck (And it was REALLY cold!). I couldn’t find a number to contact for help except for the VRBO hotline (tried clicking the link to contact owner but link wouldn’t connect). There were some really loud neighbors playing music til midnight, but it only happened one night. Great convenient location and easily accessible! We would stay again in the future.

Great place!

The space was perfect for our family and we were able to walk to the beach. The smoke detector battery ended up going dead in the middle of the first night which lead to a loud chirp every half minute but the property owners were patient with my messages and ensured it was fixed as quickly as possible! Great place to stay!

Safe and clean

Clean neat, would book it again. Kind of sparse on furniture and ambiance. Adequate with kitchen supplies. Near a lot of casinos. But also other entertainment and trips. On my bucket list again.

Nice Place!

Great location, clean apartment and reasonable price! I especially appreciated that there was a washer and dryer in unit! Went ahead and bought and left a spatula and casserole dish there as those were missing from kitchen. Just a suggestion but for other things that would be awesome to have stocked in this apartment: Blender, Crock pot, scissors, Swiffer mopper, full length mirror, kitchen towels, and curtains in smaller bedroom (bright street light still comes through sides of blinds). Over all a great stay and I would totally come back!

This property is really nice nice location right across from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and a very warm and roomy spot really enjoyed our stay.

Needs some upgrade

Nice place, good location, owner does not communicate well. Was told I could check in early if it was clean, sat outside for over an hour. told the unit was being cleaned however it had been cleaned hours earlier. Walked in to find master bath toilet lid hanging off to the side of bowl on the floor. Dont bother texting her she cant be bothered was my impression.

Local Residents give it a thumbs up!

We were local residents and needed a place to stay while preparing to move. This place was quiet and clean and though we had to go to work every weekday, we felt like we were on a lovely vacation on the evenings and weekends. Quite nice! Owner is super responsive.

Very clean

Everything was fantastic with the property. The only issue and it’s more of a suggestion than a issue was that there is no place to store your cloths. It needs a dresser or a table in the rooms. We used an ironing board lol for our foldable cloths and it needs better curtains because it’s is really bright in there first thing when the sun comes up. Like I said though fantastic property and we will be booking again.
