This great big space is built for hosting and easy communal living. You'll find everything you need close at hand. This space functions as your own apartment with a large, well equipped kitchenette, (Full sized fridge, double sink and counter tops, two burner range, large toaster oven, microwave, crock pot, electric griddle, waffle iron + many dishes, spices, staples and basics. BBQ outside, too.) washer/dryer, big living room and dining room. Lots of natural light and DIY artists touches like interactive mural and chalkboard wall, custom concrete, stained glass, in this chill, creative space. High speed wifi and TV/dvd players in 2 bedrooms with 100+DVDs..

You'll also find board games, puzzles, books, playing cards and more. The space is kid friendly with some toys, games and children's books, but not infant or toddler proofed.

Pets will require an additional cleaning fee of $50. Please talk to me in advance about pets.

You'll have the whole space to yourselves to enjoy, plus the driveway. Make yourself at home with lots of spaces to hang out, eat, work, or play. You'll have a large, well-equipped kitchenette and washer/dryer. Outdoor seating to the left side of the home as you exit, or be anywhere outside, and there's a BBQ you are free to use. There is coffee, sugar for you in the morning and a few other staples...salt, pepper, spices, oil, etc. Help yourself to the shampoo, conditioner, soaps, cleaning supplies, etc. Of coarse you will have freshly made beds when you arrive as well as towels, washcloths, etc. Feel free to poke around in the yard and garden, there are dozens of different vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes, medicinal herbs and more out there. Flowers! I plant for butterflies and hummingbirds.

I practice permaculture in my garden and yard. My bio-diverse gardening style and semi-tolerance for native plants (aka weeds) can look unkempt to the uninitiated. It's become a haven for birds! We grow a lot of food here.
