This one-bedroom condo is a great choice for a couple or small family. It's located just a few minutes away from Silver Dollar City and provides a beautiful view of Table Rock Lake from the private, covered balcony.

The condo features a spacious great room with a fireplace, a large-screen TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The comfortable bedroom has a king-sized bed, a sitting area, a TV, and ample closet space. If you need extra sleeping space, you can find a sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed in the living room. Guest comfort and experience is our ultimate goal.

If you're planning to spend some time on the lake, you have the option to rent a boat slip for an additional fee. Please make sure to call and reserve in advance of your arrival to ensure availability.

It's important to note that this is a top-floor unit, so you'll need to climb one set of stairs to enter. There is no elevator in the building.

Table Rock lake get away.
Nice place. Had a little trouble with the TV but that's all. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay close to Silver Dollar City.

Would like to see more storage and a pantry. We came with food to cook and had nowhere to store our dry goods. Needs a hamper for laundry. The vacuum desperately needs to be replaced. Continuous sewer odors around the property from a lift station nearby. One of our days we had to park far away from our room, which wasn’t easy with four kids, should limit vehicles to room. Dishwasher wouldn’t dry dishes properly. Restroom sink clogging and toilet water running. Easy access to the lake for fishing. Had most household items. On-site facilities personnel went above and beyond to fix the water heater wiring issue. Some modern touches, nice appearance.

Quiet and peaceful getaway
We stayed in late October so there was no one around. Very quiet and peaceful. I imagine it gets busy in warmer months. View of the lake was obstructed by the tree in front of is so you only get a glimpse of the water. Staff was very imformative and always in communication.

Units are Very dated, and the mattress in the bedroom was very saggy in the middle- woke up with back aches. The balcony would have been nice to sit with morning coffee, but the septic smell was so strong that we couldn’t l.

Clean & Comfortable condo
This condo was very clean & had everything the listing showed. Location is convenient to the lake & local marina for water activities. Unfortunately a beautiful oak tree blocks what could be a great view of the lake. But we still enjoyed the deck & listening to the waves splashing on the shore. There were a few minor issues that management said will get addressed for future renters (no major impact on our stay, but do need to be addressed). All kitchen appliances are relatively new & work great. We enjoyed our stay & would consider this resort for future stays.
