It is a great place to stay for a single family as it is like a glorified hotel room. Kitchen is minimal but has some basics. We appreciated the Keurig coffee maker with a few coffee supplies at our disposal.

Thank you for your 5 star review! Since this is a 2 bed 1 bath cottage in the country, I’m not sure how it relates to a hotel room in any way. The kitchen is fully stocked with new beds and linens throughout AND a fully functioning laundry with washer and dryer. It also features a beautiful flat panel tv ready to stream all your favorite shows while lounging in the overstuffed sectional and super comfy living room chairs. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay in our beautiful cottage!

Perfect for us. Downtown was on the left and my MIL was on the right! Barely a 10 minute drive both ways! Kids loved the open space. The king bed was fantastic, I slept like an angel! Every was clean, full kitchen, host was attentive.

Came to town visiting family with our 3 yo and 1.5 yo. This was a great location, great size, and very clean! Will definitely stay here when we are in town again!

Great host, very attentive to anything!!! Perfect location for us and very close to anything you should need in Lindale. The bed was comfy (yeah for the KING bed and plus it was sleep comfort!!), the space was great! We will definitely come back! Thanks so much for a great place to stay!

The place was very clean. It was adequate for what we needed - close to Lindale where our family lived. It was quiet as it was set back from main road a ways.

Lovely home and close to town

We were in town for a family gathering and it was close enough to town to do what we needed to do. The land and the setting of house was just lovely. It was clean and held our family very comfortably. Would definitely stay there again.

Second time just as great as the first!

We loved this property the first time so we stayed again. So peaceful and quiet! Exceptionally clean and comfortable, has everthing you need need to feel right at home. Hosts are very responsive to questions and take care of their guests.

The cottage was everything we expected. It was easy access to everything we wanted to do, along with being close to family. Even though it was a quick trip, the time spent with family was priceless and the cottage accommodated all our needs. It was very clean, spacious, and well stocked with the necessary appliances, cookware and tableware. The fan remotes in the bedrooms had a learning curve, but once we figured it out, we were good.We will be booking the cottage for future trips, so hope this gem will be available!

A wonderful getaway !

We had a restful & relaxing stay here! We will definitely come back & visit. We had never been to Lindale & loved the proximity to downtown & Tyler State park. It was such a cute house & super clean. We felt right at home & enjoyed every minute in our own East Tx getaway!

Definitely a must!

This cottage was in an excellent location to the events we had for the weekend and was exactly as described! Perfect size, easy to access, warm and welcoming interior with comfortable beds to boot! I especially loved there being a ceiling fan in all main and sleeping areas of the house. I would definitely stay here again!

The location of this cottage is a very quiet, country setting, where guests can see a million stars and hear the birds sing, all being only 5 minutes from Lindale, 15 minutes from Mineola, 20 minutes from Tyler, and 30 minutes from the world famous, Canton Trade Days!

The property is beautifully arranged. All furnishings, and the building itself, are brand new. Construction of the interior was completed in late 2022. Its is equipped with a high end, smart TV, and lightning fast internet.
