The house was fantastic. However, we were disappointed that the hot tub was not working. I did receive a credit because of that which is greatly appreciated. I have a golf trip with high school and childhood friends every year and we will most likley rent this house again.

For the most part it was great plenty of room the only issues we had with the property was the out side there was trash in the back yard, the hot tub only 1 set of jets worked so only 1 person could really enjoy it at a time also it was moderately difficult to get the tvs and projector connected and working

Everything was as advertised. The place was great. Came down for some golf with friends and it was the perfect place to stay for 8 of us. I will say the walk down to the river was a challenge because of the steepness but it took nothing away from the quality of this home. Would stay again.

We had never been to Arkansas before but came for my nephews wedding. Everything was great from the size of the house, pool table, hammock swings on the porch, hot tub, furniture, location of the home, and most importantly the kayaks. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for the BBB event 9/22-9/24. Living Room, kitchen and downstairs game room were the best things about the house! King bed was comfortable but, the bathroom didn't have a door so it was hard to sleep in with someone getting ready. A few negatives for us was the short/steep driveway, wrong door code upon arrival and wrong Wi-Fi password. We had a nice time but, probably wouldn't stay here again.

The house was very well appointed and very clean but it did have one big problem, carpenter ants on both floors that we had to deal with. It should be sprayed before it is rented out again. Also we called on not being able to turn on the jets to hot tub and never received a response. Finally a new shower liner must have been installed but the hooks were not properly closed and we almost had a huge accident when the first person went to shower. These were the negatives we experienced. The positives were the house was large and accommodated our three families, the kitchen was well stocked and although dangerous to hike down to the kayaks and lake, our teenagers and younger children thoroughly enjoyed the lake. It would be most helpful if directions were placed in the host book on how to drive down to the docks for the older people who rent this house. Although there were some issues we encountered, overall we had a very memorable experience.

Great family time!

We had 6 adults and 6 kids stay the week of Thanksgiving in the house! It was a great time for everyone. The house accommodated our stay with beds and personal space! We spend time relaxing and playing games and taking nearby hikes. The house was convenient to hiking trails and shopping! Everything was clean and very comfortable! Would love to come again and enjoy the house!

Bella Vista Water Property

It was nice, but not five star nice. We did primarily all our food preparations at the home. The kitchen cooking utensils were minimal. With 12 people staying, we had to supplement toilet paper and paper towels. The pool table was a tremendous bonus. The basement living area with big screen was lovely. All the mattresses were C grade and definitely not motel quality. We appreciated eating on the screened in porch in the rear of the house. The trail down to the lake area was basically accessible to the younger adults and kids...not those over 65 because of the steep grade without stairs.

Family Gathering Place

Our group included my wife(55), son(29), his wife(30), their two kids (21 months and 7 months), son(27), his wife(27), their dtr(16 months), dtr(23) and myself(54). Their were 10 of us in all. Sleeping worked out great. Nice large areas both upstairs and downstairs for hanging out. Grandkids had plenty of space to play and move around. Celebrated my wife's 55 yr birthday on 9/23. We enjoyed mountain biking in Bentonville and walking around downtown. Took advantage of the pickleball and tennis courts just 5 minutes and biking trails also only 5 minutes away. Neighborhood was quiet and enjoyed walking grandkids through it. We watched a couple of movies in the downstairs movie area and played some pool. Enjoyed the property. Used the garage but couldn't find any remotes.

Fun Lakehouse

We had a great time at this house! Comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful view, lovely patio/deck spaces with hammocks, multiple living room spaces to spread out, and a fun pool table. The only downside was the hike to the dock. A bit of a steep walk. But the boat ramp is so close to the dock we actually found it easier to drive down and park at the boat ramp and swim to the dock. The kayaks were a blast!

Beautiful home.

We had a very relaxing week at Ubuntu floating and kayaking around the lake. The home is beautifully furnished and clean. Our party consisted of 8 family members aged 17 to 76 and there was enough room that we could play games and spend time together without feeling like we were on top of one another. The walk down to the lake and back was very challenging for my in-laws in their 70’s but we could also access the lake from the nearby public boat ramp a short drive away.

Beautiful House

The house was fantastic! The game room downstairs was a great place for us to hang out, play pool and watch movies. We had an issue with the projector (which turned out to be a remote that fell under the couch) but the management office was quick to respond on Monday Night after hours. Everything in the house seemed new and it had great amenities. The beds were very comfy and everything was super clean. It was large and had plenty of space for our family of 7. It was centrally located in Bella Vista. We visited the sandy beach swim area, Crystal Bridges Museum and went zip lining in Eureka Springs. We also rented a pontoon boat at a nearby Bella Vista Lake which was fun! The walk to the private dock was very steep and quite long. The walk back up required a rest about half way. It would be difficult for elderly or those with physical impairments. The kayaks were nice, but the dock is right next to the public boat ramp which was not a big deal but impeded the view a bit. We enjoyed our time in Bella Vista!

Family reunion

The house was beautiful. It had all the amenities we needed. The water location was very nice. The only negative thing I would say is the very steep walk to the water. We did not realize the trek to the water would be such a workout. We were able to do the trek but had we not been an active family it could have been a problem. Very nice place!!

Great place for family vacay!

Love this house! We had two families and it never felt crowded. The kitchen is large and well appointed; the bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable; the deck and screen porch gave lots of extra space; and the game room, wow! 3 car garage was huge for cars and bikes. It’s quite a hike down to the lake! It’s very steep but a nice paved path and the lake is quite lovely. We will definitely be back!v
