Located between Yellow Springs and Springfield, this spacious 6-bedroom retreat sleeps up to 14 guests and is perfect for family gatherings, girls' weekends, reunions, and celebrations. Soak in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, enjoy the huge fenced backyard, and spend quality time together. The perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and make memories.

Welcome to The Estate on 68, a spacious country retreat located between Yellow Springs and Springfield. Whether you're gathering family, celebrating a special occasion, or simply escaping for a relaxing weekend, this 6-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests and offers plenty of room to spread out and reconnect.

The heart of the home is the open living area and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for sharing meals, game nights, and making memories together. Step outside to enjoy the private fenced backyard featuring a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, hammock, boho swings, and plenty of space for kids to play while the adults relax.

After a day exploring Yellow Springs, unwind under the stars, soak in the hot tub, or gather around the fire pit with your favorite people.

Great spot for a large family to stay

It was a sad occasion for us as my family had my mother's memorial service in Yellow Springs. My family all attended and the property was great for us. The large backyard and spacious indoor space was perfect for us.

We stayed at the house for my granddaughter’s wedding and had family from 3yr old to 76! The house was well laid out for our family and the children enjoyed the yard and play area. The deck space was beautiful and we enjoyed our evenings on the deck. Location was excellent with much to do near by. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a very comfortable and accommodating space for a large crowd!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay... we saw Chapelle & Friends w/ a great place to stay just minutes from the venue. We enjoyed the deck upon arrival and saw an eagle and a few deer at dusk. then upon our return from the show we sat on the deck to enjoy reflecting on the comedy and savoring friendships... perfect spot for all the above!!!

Perfect family vacation

The location is great being so close to Young’s Dairy as well as beautiful hikes at John Bryan, Clifton Gorge and Glenn Helen. The property is clean and very nice and the sunrises over the cornfield were great. All 10 of us had plenty of room and the kids could run around in the fenced in backyard while adults grilled dinner. I hope to stay again sometime.

An awesome get away with friends!

Everything about this property and location was perfect! It was a minutes drive into the heart of yellow springs and the home was incredibly spacious for all and very tidy and clean! We had 11 gals from a book club group and it was perfect! Highly recommend!

This was our second trip to yellow springs and this property. We had a wonderful time and the layout of the home works very well for our group. We had ample room to dine and visit together. The host is easy to contact. Highly recommend this lovely property!
