Exclusive family vacation resort style home. This one-of-a-kind get-away has every amenity you could ask for to fulfill your dream of a relaxing vacation. Set at the foot of the mountain on approximately 200 pristine acres, this property borders thousands of acres of state gamelands. You'll find deer, black bear, fox, turkey, and tons of small game. Privacy is the #1 virtue here accessed by a long gated driveway. Some outdoor amenities include a 6-person hot tub, large stamped concrete patios, a private pond, horse shoe pits, a six foot waterfall, outdoor lighting and stereo, outdoor wood and gas fire pits, a detached garage, and plenty more. Inside you'll find four more fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, the master suite, with a private jacuzzi-tub and custom-built walk-in shower, 3 additional bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms, loft area, poker room, and large screen flat panel TVs. We were in town for a wedding and this spot proved perfect for our weekend. Easy access, spacious living area, comfortable mattresses. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer if needed!

Wonderful cabin experience

Everything about the cabin was wonderful. The location is absolutely ideal—quiet and scenic. The cabin itself was comfortable and well-equipped, making our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a great spot. Looking forward to staying here again!

Wonderful

We have been staying at this beautiful home for several years. There are 5 couples that come in from all of the country to meet at this remote yet close to fun activities getaway. If you want a place to enjoy the outdoors, have plenty of room to play games, sing karaoke, enjoy the beautiful views, open floor concept, there are 3 floors we utilize all of them, many fireplaces and trails to hike, close to Lesser Lake for some icefishing and the market 5 min away has everything and more. Short ride to Cabelas, we love staying here and look forward to next year.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend after looking for somewhere to stay close to Hawk Mountain. The house has a great layout and is well stocked. We comfortably slept 6 adults and 2 young children. Our pup also enjoyed running around the property. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful before and during the stay as well.

Lovely stay

This house and grounds was the ideal spot for a family reunion of sorts as my family aged 84-15 gathered to watch my daughter compete in UCI national mountain bike competitions at nearby Bear Creek Resort. The house size was perfect for us, and we enjoyed walking the grounds and running on nearby trails, including the Appalachian trail which is only a couple minute's drive away. The kitchen was very well- equipped. Bedroom were fine - one comment was that the pillows seemed quite old and worn and we wondered if maybe it was time to replace those in all the bedrooms. Another suggestion is to provide soap and shampoo for the bathroom showers. I've stayed in a lot of vrbo rentals and never had a rental that didn't provide these basic necessities. Otherwise we were all happy with this rental and would rent it again if ever in the area again. The area, by the way, is quiet, and a lovely part of PA.

Birthday weekend getaway

This was our second time staying here- we normally try to explore different areas, but we just couldn't wait to come back to this one! We had a fun, cozy weekend with the fireplace going and the snow falling outside. There was plenty of room for my group of 7 and the house was well stocked. It was spacious and clean. The areas within the house are absolutely beautiful! Our host was easy to contact- the entire stay was easy. We have been here for my birthday twice now, so the group was discussing coming back to experience this property during the warm weather months when we could enjoy the outdoor area more as well. Looking forward to coming back, thank you for sharing your beautiful place!

Beautiful Retreat

Beautiful house and property. The property manager was very responsive. The house was spacious and easily fit our group of 8. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well: games on the patio by the pond and hiking on the trails of this large property. The many fireplaces made the house feel cozy on our October stay. It is in a rural area so not close to grocery stores, etc. Not a problem for us- we just brought everything we needed so we could maximize our time at this gem.

Beautiful Fall Family Weekend

This property is GORGEOUS. Whether you are enjoying it from inside on the huge comfortable couch looking out through the floor to ceiling windows or from the outside on the wide patio by the outdoor gas fireplace overlooking the pond, it’s absolutely beautiful. What a weekend to go, the turning leaves on the trees and perfect Pennsylvania fall weather. Everything was as expected if not better. We had 7+ a baby and there was plenty of space, beds, bathrooms, etc. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a modern hunting lodge feel!

Beautiful location

We had a GREAT time and the property was beautiful! We were able to go for walks and enjoy the property and wildlife. We had permission to celebrate my Daddy's 90th birthday with our family and even with his walker we were able to get him around safely. He had a wonderful time and we all enjoyed the home both inside and out. Many beautiful memories made in a beautiful location. The only negative was that the bathrooms and kitchen were not clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, we got into town later than expected so it was easier to clean myself then to call someone at 9pm. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Amazing Getaway!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this fabulous cabin in New Tripoli. The kids were fascinated by the fish in the pond, loved playing horseshoes, hiking the trails, and enjoying time by the fire on the amazing patio. Inside the amenities were excellent, beds were comfortable, and we were impressed by the outstanding craftsmanship of the home. Big thank you to Jesse as he was accessible and answered our question immediately. We highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend stay in Lehigh County.

2nd time

We love this property and this is are 2nd time staying there. The property has everything you need and more! I was very surprised when we called because there were wasps hanging around the front door. That happens in the summer! Someone came out in a flash and took care of it! Thank you! If you stay at this property you won't be disappointed!

Really nice stay in farm country!

Our stay here was a great one!!! The place itself was huge, easily enough for large groups and the backyard patio area was incredible for hanging out in the nice weather. The two fire pits and hot tub were amazing and the grill, while old, got the job done when we needed it most! Would definitely recommend for large groups who are looking for a quiet, relaxing stay!

Family Retreat

Property was as described. We had a wonderful. time The house was very clean and comfortable. I loved the rustic decor. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was great to have 3 bathrooms. The hot tub and outside fire pit were very enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time staying here for the week. It was close to all of the destinations we wanted to visit while in the area and enjoyed coming back in the evening to a peaceful retreat where we could rest and relax. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Very private spacious property

We enjoyed our stay at this property and would stay here again. We spent most mornings relaxing at the property and then explored nearby attractions such as Leaser Lake, Hawk Mountain Sanctuary (25 min away- our favorite), Blue Mountain Winery, and the D and L trail by the Lehigh River. The inside of the house was clean and smelled great. The bedrooms are all on the main floor which includes the living room and kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the linens clean- including the blankets. The outside space was not as well maintained as the inside space (gas grill showing wear, chipped cement- that kind of thing) , but was still a great place to relax. The property is dog friendly. We loved the space and privacy that this property provides. Four and a half stars.
