Very nice house with all the amenities in a nice 55 park.

The house is nice, has a front deck, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, well appointed, everything is there you need. The neighbors and the court are great! We would rent this again!

I started hosting my northern MN lake home by t fhe week a few years ago during late summer and fall when I travel, exploring and writing about off the beaten path outdoor places and spaces. I fell in love with this part of Arizona a few years ago--so I purchased this nice home near the smaller town of Apache Junction and love it. I've only had positive experiences with VBRO guests and as a guest. I only lease by the month here when I am not able to be here. The resort has a strict policy that maximum of 6 people and one must be 55 or older. They do require a $45 background check.

Why they chose this property

Apache Junction and Gold Canyon are just a short few-mile drive and have everything I need, dining, groceries, churches. The town swells from 12,000 to double when the snowbirds arrive. MESA is a bit further but has anything most mid-size to large cities have. The weather is great Oct-April but hot in the summer (I've fried an egg on the sidewalk and baked a pizza in my car in August) but the pool is outside my door and every place has AC and mine works great. Lease fees are greatly reduced in off months.

What makes this property unique

Everything is fairly newly remodeled. It is one of just a handful in this 300--home community that has a nice view of the mountains from the kitchen and front porch. Small town feel and close to some freshwater lakes and the Salt River. MESA & Pheonix airport make it easy and affordable to fly. I rented here for a month or two and liked it so much I just bought this place. I've stayed at others in Tucson and near here--but Rancho Mirage is well managed and very well maintained.
