ABOUT THE SPACE

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse is located on Holiday Isle which is the “zip code envy” of Destin! It boasts beautiful ocean views and is just steps away from the white sand beaches you've been waiting to see. The space is up to date and beautifully decorated. *As an added bonus, this property offers convenient boat docking just a short walk away from your doorstep, offering easy access to tranquil waterways for endless adventures.

BEDROOM & BATH

The gorgeous master bedroom has its own unique private area upstairs with a King size bed, large windows that provide natural light (shades are included for a restful sleep), a dresser for all of your clothes, and a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows on. The ensuite full bathroom has his and hers sinks, plenty of counter space, and a large walk in shower.

The first guest bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, closet and dresser for all of your clothes, and a smart tv.

It shares a large bathroom with the second guest room. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and plenty of counterspace for everyone’s toiletries.

The third bedroom is a large space with two bunk bed sets on each side of the room. It is a great area for kids or extra guests! These bunks can sleep up to four people.


KITCHEN AND LIVING

When you walk into the living room you will feel welcomed by the large, open space with tons of natural light coming through the big windows and sliding glass doors that lead to the patio. The living room boasts comfortable seating for all guests and has a large, flatscreen Smart TV directly above the fireplace.

The living room is adjoined to the kitchen by a bartop counter with stools in place that makes it perfect for hosting and feeding friends and family! The bartop can hold three people and the kitchen table around the corner can hold another six.

The U-shaped kitchen has all of the supplies and utensils you would need to cook while on vacation or if you decide to order takeout, you will have all of the dishes available! Also provided is a traditional coffee maker along with a keurig so bring your favorite ground coffee or k cups!

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the balcony just off the living room with views of the ocean and table top seating for four people. Or you can head down to the lower level with outdoor seating for everyone! The patio furniture sectional is great for visiting, unwinding from the day, or enjoying your favorite show or sport on the mounted outdoor TV. The corner hammock is also a relaxing place to spend your time. Also provided in the outdoor area is a grill for guests to use.
