Easy key less access to entire house, private fenced in backyard & patio. Newly remodeled with new appliances, new mattresses & fully equipped kitchen.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Casa Mario's. The home is exactly as described in the listing. Everything was clean and in very good condition. We especially enjoyed having the backyard and lounge chairs to grab some afternoon sun between activities and access to put our car in the garage to not worry about our golf clubs in the car overnight.Great location to pop over to the beach, in to Tampa or around to the many golf courses in the area. Easy shopping and lots of restaurants and activities nearby. My friend is a runner and found a couple great 3 to 5 mile running routes through Highland Rec center and a nearby nature preserve too.Looking forward to returning next year!

Best VRBO experience to date.

This property did not disappoint! Very clean and very well stocked. The kitchen and items provided helped save us money! Trash bags, soap, dish washing and dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, trash bags, salt and pepper as well as other basic spices, foil and baggies, coffee for the keurig....so many items that we would have had to purchase since we were traveling by plane. There were beach items (towels, umbrella, cooler, wagon... We found the location preferable to the beach bc we had close driving proximity to Clearwater beach, but did not have the traffic. The neighborhood was tidy and we felt very safe. The glassed in sunroom was perfect for our 3 year old granddaughter to play and a great place for a cup of coffee or cocktail. The grill was clean and easy to use. Good water pressure, easy to clean up floors, plenty of bath towels, a huge washer and dryer.. All these things made for a fabulous visit to see family and vacation in the beautiful Clearwater area. We will definitely return to this VRBO for future visits.

Another great stay

My 2nd stay here was great. The location is convenient to grocery stores, seafood market, restaurants, rec ctr. 10-15 minutes to beaches depending on traffic. Close to Central Park & library. Very clean, renovated property. Host is easy to contact & responsive.

Will Definitely Stay Again

This house was perfect for our stay. The dogs loved the fenced in backyard and both my husband had room to be separated while working remotely. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The neighborhood was quiet, plenty of parking when my sister and family came to visit. Lots of restaurants and stores close by. Terence was very quick to respond back with any questions I had before, during and after our stay. We will definitely stay again!

This vacation rental was nothing short of amazing! The space definitely gave what it needed to give! The owners communication was top tier, very nice. Definitely can’t wait to book again!

Fresh clean and newly remodeled. Great patio for relaxing. My primary goal, with the location and the way I made this place, it is somewhere I enjoy coming to. We are constantly trying to make improvements and trying to maintain a high standard.
