Each room has a Smart TV with ensuite bathrooms, a king and double bed that makes you feel at home.
This apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, visitor’s toilet, water heater, 24/7 electricity from the NATIONAL grid supplemented with generator and inverter, Netflix, Dstv and unlimited internet access.Towels and toiletries are available for guests use.There is support to help guests with their luggages during check in and out.

This apartment uses a SOLAR inverter and generator as secondary source of electricity. The inverter and generator comes on automatically so you don’t have to do anything.
In the event there is no power from the national power grid at any point during your stay, the inverter will give you access to low voltage appliances such as lights, TV and fans.The inverter will NOT work for high voltage electrical appliances such as the air conditioner, microwave ,washing machine
This apartment ENJOYS consistent electricity from the national power grid because of the neighborhood but this is NOT guaranteed as electricity can be inconsistent sometimes , hence the provision of a SOLAR inverter & generator.

The generator powers all the high voltage appliances and it is normally put on at 12noon - 3pm and 7pm - 5am daily if there is no power from the national grid
