This luxury, gated-community home is walking distance to the beach with marsh views!

A stay here puts you near the heart of it all: beach, lighthouse, village shops and restaurants. Have a big group but also want privacy? Compass Point is the best of both worlds! This spacious 7-bedroom, 4.5-bath property offers three levels and can comfortably welcome 12 guests at a time. Though this is a multi-level home, it is fully handicapped accessible with elevator access on each floor.

Upon entering the main (second) floor, you are welcomed by a large family room perfect for entertaining, a formal dining room and a large gourmet style eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is a large suite with a king size bed and full bathroom. The laundry room and 1/2 bath are also located on this floor. When you’re not out exploring the island, kick back and unwind on one of the two outdoor seating areas… a screened-in porch with a table that has seating for 4 or the outdoor porch with a grill and table seating for 6.

Make your way on up to the third level which hosts 3 large bedrooms including a master suite with a king bed, sitting area and desk, and a beautiful master bath with soaking tub and custom built shower. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds with adjoining Jack and Jill style bath. Bedroom 3 offers one queen bed. There is a small balcony on the front of the house overlooking the cul-de-sac and marsh, perfect for early morning risers to watch the sun come up!

The ground floor contains a large living space with table for games and activities and a seating area with cable TV. Not feeling the beach one day? No problem! This floor opens up to your own private pool and outdoor living space. There are also three additional bedrooms and one full bath on this floor, conveniently tucked away for ultimate privacy.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Parking: Guests can park 2 cars in the driveway and 2 in the garage.

Please note this is a no smoking property. No smoking in the house, porches, balcony or anywhere on the property.

Wow! That’s the first word that comes to mind when I think about our stay at this AWESOME home on St. Simons Island GA! We have a big family, so it’s not easy for us to find a place that can comfortably accommodate us. We feel so blessed to have found this gem. Spacious, and well stocked …that’s the theme for Compass Point! Comfy beds and multiple outdoor living spaces to steal away and enjoy some quiet time with your favorite beverage. And plenty of space inside to just hang out or play games. Although we chose this property largely for its size, We soon realized how much more it had to offer! Location Location! We just loved how close it was to the beach! Not to mention our favorite restaurants and Pier Village. Just a short drive or bike ride gets you to all the best places or to catch a sunrise at the beach. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! I can’t wait to come back!
