Exclusively situated for viewing the most iconic scenic spot in Anguilla, this modern 3BR/3.5BA (single couples welcome) resort home features breathtaking 360 degree views, an upper level infinity pool and authentic Thai design, furnishings and art. Awaken to a stunning view of Sandy Ground Bay; take a dip in the infinity pool that appears to melt into the sky above and the sea below. After a day at one of the fabulous white-sand beaches just a couple of minutes away, hang out at the pool deck and fire up the grill while taking in the view while the sunsets over the calm waters. Take an evening dip in the pool or sit back and enjoy the twinkling lights of the boats on the bay and the stars in the sky over a glass of your favorite beverage from the villa’s private and secluded upper level sun/spa deck.
Bright, airy and spacious, the lower level of the villa has 2 bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom for privacy, an open layout kitchen featuring custom cabinetry, and a living/dining room area that includes a desk and printer. The upper level features an entertainment lounge which rolls seamlessly into the pool deck (with outdoor grill) and infinity pool, and a large MBR suite with an outdoor seating area and bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub and private outdoor shower. Take the spiral blue staircase up one more level to enjoy the upper level sun/spa deck with loungers perfect for sunbathing, relaxing or simply enjoying the views. The pictures do not do it justice. You have to be here to experience it.

Such an enjoyable stay!

My family of 5 adults had a wonderful stay at Topaz Villas! The villa was just as advertised, and the location was ideal for getting to great beaches and restaurants. Definitely hope to return in the future!

Destination wedding/vacation

We visited Anguilla for the first time to attend my cousin’s wedding and fell in love with the island and especially the people including the Topaz team who made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The views are better than the photos can convey and you can even see St. Martin looking to the south from the upper deck. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Anguilla and it would be our first choice the next time we return.

Hospitable and kind hosts welcomed us to their spacious, well-appointed home that overlooks Sandy Ground. Great location for checking out beaches, We felt in the midst of Anguilla life as we could walk to shops and a few restaurants but also enjoyed the quiet and privacy.

Spacious villa with a nice view

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this spacious villa with a nice view. We also liked the central location near Sandy Ground making it convenient to travel to all parts of the island. We also greatly appreciated the food and drinks left for us in the fridge. The villa also had lots of things for us to use, from beach towels to coolers to paper towels. Thank you for letting us stay in such an amazing villa!

Serenity Villa

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The views are top notch and the house has so much space to relax in. Google Maps told us to take a one way street to the house. I would reach out to the Topaz group prior to arriving if you are renting a car to make sure that you don’t go the wrong way down the road. When we arrived at the property we were greeted and we got a tour of the property. My husband and I have talked about making Anguilla an annual vacation so we will definitely be back!

Great, comfortable property in a central location.

Topaz was the perfect property for our family’s trip to Anguilla. We loved the central location being able to quickly get to a number of our favorite restaurants and beaches. Jonice is just next door and always available to help with anything you need, and also provides a wonderful welcome package so that we didn’t have to immediately run to the grocery store. We loved just hanging out by the pool and enjoying the wonderful view. Highly recommend!

Nice house. Good location.

It was a nice, smooth check in. We were met at the house by the property manager, Kerin. He showed us around the house and left contact information. We also met the owners, who live next door. The refrigerator was stocked with complimentary supplies, which was a pleasant surprise. We just had 2 couples, so there was ample room. 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms makes for easy living. Also, the 2nd floor patio with pool makes for a great place to relax and look out over the ocean.The house location is central and near a main road, so it is easy to get to wherever you want to go. The only downside is that there is a construction company equipment yard behind the house and they could be noisy at times if you were on the deck (but you really didn't hear it in the house).The house is showing some age. There were a couple of appliance issues during our stay, but Kerin was quick to repair the problems.Overall, this is a very nice house. It is spacious, comfortable, and well located. I would be happy to stay there again.

Fantastic Villa Vacation

Our family had the pleasure of a long-term stay at "Pinnacle". It's serene vista was ours to enjoy from almost every room in the house; the upstairs lounge being the most favored hangout for games and relaxing, and on certain nights the music from Sandy Ground would be in the background when the sun went down. We loved it! The central island location makes beach-hopping with small kids easy and fun (parents will appreciate this factor). But with the pool and view, the comfort of the house and breeze, we were quite happy spending most of our time "at home". Otherwise, with small children head for Cove Bay for the day. "Pinnacle" is connected to the island's best Internet access to date. This is very, very important to consider if one wants the "luxury" of a reliable Internet connection. The owners are so friendly, caring, accommodating, and professional. Our time there was unforgettable and truly memorable.

Home Away From Home

I stayed in Topaz Villa during a glorious six-week vacation in Anguilla. Although I travelled alone, I had guests each week during my visit. Topaz Villa was the perfect accommodation, with two bedrooms downstairs for my guests, while I lived in my cozy, private nest upstairs. Every morning we enjoyed coffee on the pool deck, watching Sandy Ground come to life. Then after a day of beach-hopping, we had happy hour with that incredible view before setting out to one of Anguilla’s award-winning restaurants. The villa truly felt like home, with comfortable beds, good linens, well-equipped kitchen, TV and WiFi, ample living/entertain spaces, huge closets, infinity pool, security gate, and unmatched view. But the best part was the owner/property managers, Jonice and Delroy. They not only welcomed me warmly with keys, maps, Anguilla literature, and groceries, but they were totally accessible throughout my stay to answer questions or assist me in any way. Topaz Villa is without question one of the finest properties on Anguilla.

A true gem!

Topaz Villa is a true gem with all the comforts of home but a much better view. The villa is spacious having plenty of room for our family of four to spread out across two floors. The tasteful modern decor had just the right amount of island feel. The location is perfect too! Best of all, the owners were gracious hosts who made sure all of our needs were met. We will definitely be returning to Topaz on our next trip.

Wonderful base in Anguilla!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! It is in a central spot of the island so it's easy to access the many different beaches in Anguilla. While you're a bit far from the water, the views of the water are amazing and there is a lovely pool on the upper roofdeck- a perfect morning or happy hour perch. Janice and her husband were so lovely, kind and welcoming- they provided us with a warm welcome and a bunch of goodies, including wine, to get us started. We felt very safe and had everything we could have wanted at this beautiful home. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Fabulous family vacation in Anguilla

Great layout. Our family of 6 (2 girls, 2 boys) slept comfortably in this three bedroom villa. The girls and boys each had their own bedroom on the first floor. My wife and I enjoyed the master bedroom on the second floor. The outdoor shower off the master suite was spacious. The technology set up was great. Netflix and PS4 with blue ray player on both TVs on first and second floor. WiFi worked well throughout the villa. We felt very safe in our Villa which was gated and enclosed by a six foot wall. Janice, the owner and caretaker, was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely recommend this home to our friends and family.

Amazing Vacation, Beautiful Villa

We have travelled to many islands and rented many villas and this by far was the most amazing place we have stayed. The view was spectacular and the villa was equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. The location of the villa could not have been better - mountains across the sea on one side and a beautiful seaside village on the other. Restaurants, beach bars, watersports and fantastic beaches all around - I cannot imagine a better spot. Jonice was a gracious and accommodating host - the welcome package and car rental that were included made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We have already recommended Pinnacle Villa to our friends and are booking another stay next April. Can't wait to go back. Thank you so much for a great vacation!

Beautiful house, great hospitality

Lovely house with a nice view and wonderful hospitality. The property was clean and very well maintained, though more detailed instructions regarding the operation of the TV, air conditioning, and washing machine would have been helpful. Customer service was outstanding. We traveled to a different beach each day, and greatly enjoyed cooking on the grill near the pool. As the pool wasn't heated, it was quite cold, so used this only once.

Beautiful Villa

Our family vacationed in Anguilla over the Easter Holiday...Topaz Villa had an amazing view. The Villa was perfect for our family of six...very spacious. High end furniture and appliances! We cooked breakfast every morning and my husband grilled hot dogs and hamburgers one night. I can not say enough about Jonice...she was amazing... Everything we requested or needed...she supplied or made sure it was available. The best hostess EVER! She made sure our stay was PERFECT! I don't think you could have stayed at the 5* resort and had better service. i highly recommend this Villa to anyone considering staying in Anguilla..

Wonderful Vacation

The property was wonderful, the best amenities of any property that we have ever leased. We have rented various properties around the world and this by far the nicest. What really excelled was the service of the owners who went above and beyond expectations, in their hospitality and concern for our vacation expierience!! The house was so well equiped, everything you could think of was provided. The welcome package was a great touch... no need to go out and buy something for breakfast, Beer and wine also! The suv that was provided was great, it really made it so easy for us to enjoy the Island. Jonice was a wonderful Hostess and really went all out to make sure we had an enjoyable vacation!! What a wonderful Villa! Perfect for family of 5.

The property was beautiful! Janice didn't miss a trick. The linens were top notch and kitchen has every appliance, dinner ware, etc you could need. Plenty of room for family of 5 to spread out and relax. Central location on island was perfect. Welcome package of fresh fruit, cheese, crackers,wine and beer,etc was a nice treat. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay

We stayed 6 days and 5 nights at the Topaz Pinnacle villa. This villa was our best option for our stay in Anguilla. The villa was absolutely breathtaking. It is well kept and clean. The layout of the villa and interior design is amazing. Pictures do not do justice! The villa is beyond beautiful!! The location is great as well which makes the infinity pool even more enjoyable. At first glimpse, my boyfriend and I were stunned. The villa is near the Sandy Ground area so you are never far away from a quick bite to eat or some reggae music. It is about a 5-7 minute drive to the Pumphouse and our personal favorite- SandBar Restaurant. The villa comes with everything- utensils, pots and pans, toaster, oven/stove, washer/dryer, beach towels, PS3 (which we didn’t even use), outdoor shower, cellphone, A/C in the rooms, and much, much more. Each morning, I made breakfast with the food we were given in our welcome basket and ate by the pool. Janice, the home owner, lives next door so we were always in contact if we needed anything. She is great host and she made our stay even more relaxing. The villa is gated, which is nice for peace of mind. The villa included a SUV which helped us journey out to the several beautiful beaches on the island. Yes, there are hardly any street signs and driving is on the left, but you get the hang of it after a few drives. I would highly recommend this villa to any of my friends or family. Thanks for the wonderful stay! We hope to visit again in the future!
