Large, open living room has high, vaulted, exposed rafter ceilings, cork flooring, two sets of folding french doors leading to stone patio and working, cozy, stone fireplace. The kitchen is open to the Living and Dining Rooms and offers new stainless appliances, granite counters, large pantry and an oversized, eat in island. Peets coffee (from San Francisco), freshly squeezed OJ, local TX beers, filtered water and ice provided free of charge. Dining Room has spectacular view of beautiful grove of live oaks. Separate office with built in steel counter, desk (2 printers available) and views to backyard, with separate entrance leads to granite gravel patio and carport. The office can be converted to extra sleeping area if needed.
House is located in very quiet area with plenty of off-street parking (one car carport plus concrete driveway), yet easy access to Zilker Park, S. Lamar, S. Congress, Downtown, all SXSW venues. Wireless internet, U-verse TV, full laundry available. Plush towels, toiletries and hair dryers provided in baths. Light housekeeping available upon request for small upcharge. This is a legal rental licensed by the City of Austin, license no: OL 2013 125650.
