Cozy Condo beautiful pool and beach

Located in the beautiful Aquatika beach complex, this Garden Apartment has all the necessary amenities to accommodate your family. The apartment's guest will have access to the various pools inside the complex, recreational areas as well as the beach access. If you're looking for a tropical getaway on a very secure area to enjoy with the family, then look no further!

This apartment is on the first floor, ideal for those who cannot climb stairs and has a cozy balcony overlooking the pool.
It is Fully furnished, with air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room.
We have three bedrooms and 4 beds fitting 8 guests. 2 Queen bed, 2 full Bed. The master bedroom has a private full bathroom.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave and fridge. It has all the silverware and pots and pans.
Guests must send our host full names of each guests 72 hours before check-in so that security can have the registration and allow you access since it is a gated community.

Guests will experience a self check-in! 2 parking spaces.

Check-in starts after 3:00pm
Check-out is at 11:00am

The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 6 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
