Spanning an expansive 2,131 square feet, this gem offers two stylish full baths with Dornbracht fixtures, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a gourmet Viking-equipped kitchen with a Sub-Zero fridge and wine cooler. Luxury envelops every inch, from central heating and air conditioning to wide-plank wood floors, complemented by stunning brick feature walls, tall ceilings, and a custom staircase for an ambiance of sophistication.



Designed with both comfort and flexibility in mind, the home features two well-appointed bedrooms alongside additional sleeping arrangements with an air mattress available for guest use, making it ideal for accommodating extra guests.

Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:

For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:

- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold

- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold

- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
