The Space:

Nestled at the junction of Greenwich Village and Union Square, this private and quiet building houses just three generously appointed lofts. Spanning an expansive 2,131 square feet, this gem offers two stylish full baths with Dornbracht fixtures, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a gourmet Viking-equipped kitchen with a Sub-Zero fridge and wine cooler. Luxury envelops every inch, from central heating and air conditioning to wide-plank wood floors, complemented by stunning brick feature walls, tall ceilings, and a custom staircase for an ambiance of sophistication.







Designed with both comfort and flexibility in mind, the home features two well-appointed bedrooms alongside additional sleeping arrangements with an air mattress available for guest use, making it ideal for accommodating extra guests.







To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

Greenwich Village perfectly combines a bit of the East Village’s glorified grunge with a bit of the West Village’s tony charm. The birthplace of the beatnik movement and home to NYU, the neighborhood offers something for all its eclectic residents. You’ll find new restaurants, indie movie theaters and comedy clubs around the corner from quiet blocks full of big brownstones and well-kept window boxes. Whether it’s a 24-hour falafel joint, a dark downstairs bar, or upscale furniture shops, the neighborhood appeals to anyone who relishes the culture, history and activity of the city.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
