• 14 miles from JFK Airport and 4 miles from LaGuardia
• The place is a few stops away from the USTA Arthur Ashe Stadium in Flushing, Queens, home of the US Open!! Stop is Mets-Willets Point on the 7 train. House is only a 10 minute walk from 61st street- Woodside Ave train station.
Mets- Willets Point is also the stop for those die hard NY Mets fans! A short walk to Citi Field from the train stop!

Enjoyable place for my family, no extra charges than listed. Other places had many beds but added to rental if more than two people stayed.

Great neighborhood, very quiet environment

Location is great and the neighborhood is very nice. Cleanliness can be improved since there was trash between the wall and the bed when I arrived. The property is also a one bedroom apartment with the living room capable of accommodating two more guests (there is a bed and a sofa bed).

Please update rental information

I would respectfully ask that the pictures be updated in order to ensure that they represent current status of the property (as well as the number of actual bedrooms). Also, I would respectfully ask the property owner to ensure that the code provided for access is changed after every tenant departs for the safety and security of the property owner and tenants.

Excellent Stay with Great Host

We had an exceptional experience during our stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, with supermarkets nearby and a serene environment, making it an ideal retreat after exploring the city. Accessibility to public transportation was convenient, allowing us to reach Manhattan door to door in just 35 minutes. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus for us, enabling us to prepare meals comfortably. Overall, we were thoroughly satisfied with the accommodations and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Moreover, I must highlight the outstanding communication and support provided by the host. Their prompt responses and willingness to assist us made our stay even more pleasant. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Overall smooth and comfortable stay!

I stayed in Manny's apartment for about 2 months in late fall. It is the rear apartment in a multi-family home with tenants in the other unit on a quiet residential street. It's a small, clean apartment, fully furnished with a bedroom, living room (with additional bed, TV, and seating), and a fully-equipped kitchen, along with washer/dryer downstairs. There is a separate back-door entrance as well. Its very close to the center of Woodside with access to the 7 and the LIRR (10-15 min walk). The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, and the owner was easily reachable for any and all concerns. AC, heat, and appliances were in good working order. I will add that the walls are rather thin, but that is common for homes like this and certainly isn't a problem, just something to be aware of. Thank you for a great experience! Would absolutely recommend this stay.

Nos hospedamos por un mes, siempre fue muy buena la comunicación con Manny por mail. La casa es igual a la fotografías. El wifi solo funciona en la zona del comedor.

Reliable and Comfortable

First of all, Manny is a magnificent guest. Whatever help we needed he gave it and within minutes after talking to him. The house is in a beautiful neighbourhood. It is a little long walk to get to the groceries store, so if you dont have a car get ready. 1 queen size bed, and 2 single beds.Great kitchen, that could use to have a few more things but with how well equiped is the rest of the house it wont matter. I have never used Vrbo before and this as a first experience raised the bar really high. COMPLETLY RECOMMENDED

Overall very quant spot!

Very quiet area for the hustle and bustle of NYC! Very clean and simple place. Enjoyed the time there and everything was made to be easy.

Pleasant, convenient, clean place to stay!

This apartment was set up well for the 3 of us to stay while visiting friends and attractions nearby. Wi-fi was good and there are shops in walking distance for food. We will stay here again when we are in the area. Only, we will bring our own smoke alarm, as the one in the kitchen had been removed and we could not see another one (could have been upstairs where we had no access).That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Thanks, Manny, for a great stay!

Really nice appartment!

Manny is offering you a really nice appartment. Clean and exactly as the pictures says. Good beds and sufficient kitchen for four. Actually more quiet than other appartment we have rented. Easy to find a parking if you rent a car.

We will be back!!!

This was our first trip to the city and was above and beyond awesome. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and perfect location for everything. Manny gave awesome recommendations for places to check out in Woodside. Donovans Pub was our #1 favorite where people there made us feel at home. The house location was less than a mile away from the subway which was very nice. We toured all over the city, but Woodside was our favorite. We definitely plan on coming back and staying at this house. Thanks again Manny for making 4 girls feel safe in the city :)

very good stay

We had a great stay in Manny's house. The house was very clean with a good bedding. It is very good equipped. There are all the things you need to cook. There are few stores, groceries and restaurants close by the rent, it's very convenient. The district is very nice and pleasant. Thank you to Manny for all his tips. We recommend greatly this rental.

Great Value for the Money

We were a family of 8 so we rented both the front and back properties from Manny as we needed more space and 2 bathrooms (it would be abit of squeeze but I am sure that even one property would be enough for a party of 8) , The property is located 6 miles from Times Square and that was the first attraction for us, specially because we were renting a Minivan. The house is a little old but well kept and every thing including the Bed linen, Towels, bathrooms and carpets were clean. all the daily household amenities were available at the property so we never felt away from home. I must say that Manny is a great Host, we had a small issue when the boiler stopped working but manny took care of it and it was fixed in 2 hours of informing him, especially when it was a Saturday evening. We really enjoyed our Stay and will definitely be renting the place again when ever we visit NY. Thank you Manny for making our Stay Memorable :)

Nice Home, Centrally Located in Queens

Property was in a good location in Queens which was very central for us in order to visit both Manhattan and the U.S. Open this past weekend. The home is a little over 0.5 mile walk to the #7 Line which will take you to Times Square (West) or Flushing (East). This line goes directly to Mets Stadium / Willets Point (National Tennis Center). The home was clean and it was able to sleep 5-6 people comfortably although it was perfect for my daughter and me. It's an older, well kept home and Manny was a very detailed host which we appreciated. He recommended that we take Mexicana Car Limo for $15 each way to/from LaGuardia Airport to the house--this company was very prompt. Local restaurants are good; there are some options for breakfast, come coffee shops, a McDonalds, Subway and some other choices up near the #7 line which is North of the house. Thanks again Manny for making our trip to the US Open a memorable one in 2013.
