Questo edificio / condominio si trova direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alle spiagge incontaminate di sabbia bianca, acque cristalline del golfo e tanto sole per il tuo piacere! Questo condominio ha un doppio balcone d'ingresso direttamente sulla piscina, situato nella parte anteriore del complesso per una vista COMPLETA sul Golfo del Messico. Grand Caribbean si trova nel cuore di Orange Beach ed è un complesso condominiale che è stato costruito nel 2003. Grand Caribbean ha vinto numerosi premi architettonici per la sua integrità strutturale e design generale. Il Orange Beach State Park è anche vicino per il vostro divertimento. Grand Caribbean è anche collegato a un varo pubblico su Cotton Bayou. C'è un parcheggio direttamente dietro il complesso condominiale per un facile accesso.

Il condominio è stato decorato in un tema tropicale, TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera, divano letto con letto queen size, sedia, nuova opera d'arte, lenzuola nuove, cuscini nuovi e una cucina completa con tutti gli utensili pronti per cucinare. L'unità ha una lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice, frigorifero e fabbricatore di ghiaccio. Ha anche un lettore DVD per le tue esigenze di visione dei film. " Se decidi di rimanere più di una settimana, con la tua autorizzazione, avremo qualcuno che entrerà e pulirà l'unità il 7 ° giorno (costo minimo) in modo che tu possa stare comodo per il resto del tuo soggiorno.

A pochi minuti dal condominio si trovano il Foley Outlet Mall, The Wharf e varie altre destinazioni per lo shopping locali. The Pensacola, Fl. aeroporto si trova a 30 minuti a est e il cellulare, Al. l'aeroporto si trova a circa 1. 15 ore a ovest. Ci sono numerosi campi da golf di classe mondiale entro 10-20 minuti dal condominio. Alcuni di questi sono: Arnold Palmer Signature Course Craft Farms, Peninsula e Kiva Dunes. Sarai anche situato a pochi minuti da decine di ristoranti e destinazioni locali come il famoso mondo Florabama, Live Bait, Tacky Jacks, LuLu's (posto di Jimmy Buffetts Sisters), Conconut Willy's, Zekes Marina (Prendi una carta da pesca d'altura da qui! ), Waterville USA (enorme parco acquatico) e MOLTO ALTRO !!!

Great Location

Amazing location. Condo was nicely decorated. Bedrooms TV’s didn’t work but the owner was in the process of fixing the modem issues. Luckily I don’t have little ones so it wasn’t a big deal. Could use some more pots.

It was ok..

Giving two stars off for the following reasons… after we drove from Toledo Ohio area, (less than an hour from Canada) over 14 hours we arrived at the condo and it was not cleaned, contacted owner and they did have some people come and clean it, but it was awkward for my mother in law and two children to sit there after such a long drive and be there while these strangers had to clean for about an hour , taking away one more star for two different reasons, one they only supply one roll of TP in each bathroom, there were5 of us for 6 nights and that really was the last thing I’d think to pack or pick up at the store after playing almost 2 grand to stay. Also one extra garbage bag, the other reason is access to the beach itself. It is right across the street but not really a safe crossing near like I thought looking at photos. Heavy traffic and 45mph spreed limit . That being said I did get a partial refund for the cleaning issues the owners were easy to contact, the condo itself was nice and as described, but I think we would stay beach front next time not beach view where you can just walk out and be on the beach. We had kids sleep on the pull out couch not very comfortable at all. The pool was nice and wel maintained

Great stay!

The condo was very clean, the beds were comfy and it was in close proximity to the beach! My husband and I loved drinking our coffee on the deck in the morning while looking out to the beach.

Great stay!

We had a great time staying at this condo! It was very roomy and homey. The view off the balcony was nice. We parked a couple days in the public parking and then walked a few other days and both were fine. Overall we had a lot of fun and enjoyed the experience.

Great Location

The condo was great. Close to everything. Nice view of the ocean. Easy walk to the gulf, dining, and grocery store. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for the air show in Pensacola and would stay again. It was clean and comfortable, and the kids loved the pool.

Overall a great stay. Owners were very prompt to respond to messages. Good location and fairly easy to access the beach. Condo is well kept. We enjoyed our stay and are adding to list of places to stay again.

Family weekend

We had a great time! The location was ideal for walking to the beach. The road is busy and loud so our balcony time was limited, but inside the condo was nice and quiet.

Exactly what I was looking for

Great place to stay, very clean and spacious for a condo near the water. My parents were jealous of our condo, because theirs felt like a prison. Would look into staying here again if I come back to orange beach.

Great Location to Everything!

Laura was absolutely GREAT to communicate with, she was quick to answer any questions I had. I was down there for a work conference, I brought my husband & two daughters. Thankfully we stayed in a condo because our youngest ended up getting sick from the heat so it was great to be in a place that was more like home and not a hotel! Its always great to have a washer & dryer as I was able to wash all our clothes before heading home! The location of the condo was great too, we could sit on the porch & watch all the traffic go by along with watching the sunset & rise & the beach was literally across the street, the pool was an added bonus as we were able to swim every evening! Thank you again Ms. Laura! We'll be back down again next year at the same time, hopefully we can stay again!

Orange Beach 2022

We had an awesome trip! The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Plenty of room for the 5 people that were on our trip. The location is convenient to several different things- drug store, groceries, restaurants, etc.

Hard to title this. It was okay. Expectations are everything.

Communication was great before arrival but went a bit downhill once we got there. Seemed like the hosts were preoccupied or something. We liked this condo primarily for the gulf view and ease of access from the parking lot to the elevator. Not sure if we'd stay on this side of the road again though. From the balcony, the traffic was constant and noisy which took away from the beach vibe and relaxation of the ocean. The decor and art were cute and the kitchen was stocked well as for dishes and utensils. There was NO DISH SOAP for handwashing dishes which was frustrating since we didn't realize it until we needed it so would be nice to be told ahead so we could bring some as well as a sponge or scrubber. Also, the 2nd bedroom TV was of no use since there was no remote to be found and the hosts didn't put any effort in trying to locate it once I told them. They just said it should be in that room. The toilet in the master struggled to flush so we were plunging it until realizing holding the handle down until the flush finished would work most of the time. The beds were comfy in the rooms but the couch king pull-out bed was not at all. You could feel the springs. A good mattress topper could go a long way here and I hope the hosts will consider some improvements like this. It could make it go from a decent stay to a great one. We noticed small things like stains on the guest bed comforter and chipped decor that was not terrible but at the price we paid it was disappointing.

We have been grateful to be able to share our beautiful condo with others so that they may experience the relaxing, laid back beach atmosphere that we have come to love. Creating memories is what life is all about.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We chose this complex because of its proximity to everything on the Alabama Coast. With only 108 units, we loved the quiet and private atmosphere. No mass of crowds or having to walk through a large reception area in your bathing suit to get to and from the pool or beach. Grand Caribbean is located near the intersection of Perdido Beach Blvd. and Hwy 161 (Foley Beach Express). During the busy season, we do not have to wait in traffic because we bypass Foley and Gulf Shores via the Foley Beach Express!!! VERY Convenient!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Love the relaxing and quiet atmosphere at the Grand Caribbean. With only 108 units in the complex, there is a more sense of a home feeling. The extreme cleanliness and personal feeling of home is what made us buy a condo here. Relaxing on the balcony or strolling through the walking path and boat watching is one of the things we love to do. My husband loves the county bike path that starts behind the condo.
