This hotel was much nicer in person than we expected. Room was large, well equipped (except tea towels which they delivered the next day). It had everything you needed to make dinner including a big fridge. Breakfast was amazing with something different every day including lots of veggies and protein! Had carrots, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, beets, zucchini, broccoli and cauliflower etc. Of course it had regular bread, cereal, pancakes, yogurt but also, meat balls one day.The pool was disappointingly cold, really cold! Too cold to use actually. A quick dip and back out only. The rooftop was spacious with lots of loungers and tables but very windy (impossible to play a game of cards) but the bar you see in the pictures is closed. Hotel is pretty far from town so a cab would be required for most people. We walked to town and back and clocked 15km one day which was fine for us. Nothing in the area except a grocery store which is a bit of a jaunt carrying groceries. We cabbed to play pickleball one day (200 pesos there and 90 pesos back because a friend used an app to order the cab) but I would only suggest this location if you have day trips planned and need a super clean place to sleep with breakfast . It is right on the highwsy and you can hear the traffic which is pretty consistent.
