SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS:
- Bedroom 1: Primary suite with a King bed, Smart TV, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet.
- Bedroom 2: Secondary bedroom with a spacious queen bed, closet, Smart TV, and couch.
- A queen pullout bed in living room area for additional accommodations.
- A portable full memory foam bed.

KITCHEN:
The heart of the home! Oversized kitchen island with 4 bar stools and quartz countertops. Brand new stainless steel appliances. Equipped with enough dinnerware and cookware to host a beautiful dinner. The home includes the following amenities to accommodate max (6) guests at night and 8 people on day time: dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, flatware, wine and drinking glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons bar tools, grill tools, and more. Basic spices, salt and pepper, olive oil provided.

LIVING ROOM:
Two sofas, cozy area rug, throw pillows and 65” smart TV set the stage for great conversation, game night, or bingeing sports/movies with your favorite people. Enjoy the fireplace during the cold desert nights!

LAUNDRY/WORK:
Laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, with laundry detergent, ironing board, and steamer included. The area is away from common spaces, providing a quiet place for work. Take your zoom calls or answer emails with the help of a second monitor included with your stay!

HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your rental will be stocked with a starter supply which includes: trash bags, dish and hand soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, paper towels and toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods, and dryer scented sheets.

OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms equipped with bidets and showers with handheld attachments to make your stay accessible and easy.
The condo's garage has been turned to an arcade equipped with Arcade1up Mortal Kombat 2-player Machine with 14 games, Arcade Basketball with 16 game modes and scoreboard, ping-pong table, uno, jenga, poker set, and gaming area with smart TV. Enjoy gathering together for a night of board games and movies!

COMMUNITY BONUS ACCESS:
During your stay, you will have full access to the community's pool, spa, outdoor living area equipped with a BBQ station, Fitness center, bocce ball and shuffleboard.


IMPORTANT RULES SET BY PGA WEST - SIGNATURE
1) No outside music at anytime or music played inside the home that can be heard outside.
2) No noise outside after 10pm. Guests will be subject to fines if noise disturbs neighbors. Guests are responsible for any fees.
3) Parking passes must be visible and displayed on car dashboard at all times.
4) Garage door must be close when not in use.
5) NO street parking. Four (4) overnight vehicles max.
6) No trailers, no oversize vans,
7) Property is maxed at six (6) guests. Having more people than allowed can lead to being asked to leave the community.
Guest access
GUEST ACCESS-
Guests have full access to the entire condo, including Signature Community amenities. Guests are responsible for Key FOBs provided to access these areas. If lost, guests are responsible for paying replacement.
The rental is accessible using a keyless system that will be active the entire time during your stay. Code will be provided before check in and become active as soon as it is check-in time. Every code is different for every guest, so rest assure no-one has access to the home! We are committed to providing an easy check-in process!

FAQ:
WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK IN?
Check in starts at 4pm, Check out is 11am. For early reservations and later check out time, please reach out to host. Depending on reservation, we will accommodate your needs with no fee!

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET ACCESS?
You will have a keyless access to the home. Code will be provided a couple days before the start of your reservations. Please reach out to host if code has not been provided. If any issues with the code, please reach out to host, available through text 24/7.

DO YOU PROVIDE MIDSTAY CLEANING SERVICES?
Our housekeeping team does provide mid-stay cleaning services at an additional fee. Scheduling can be done through host. Guests are responsible for paying additional fee.

IS THE COMMUNITY POOL HEATED?
Yes, during the winter the pool is kept around 84 degrees and the hot tub is pre-set to 101 degrees. We do not have access to changing pool temperature.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. NO OUTSIDE noise after 10pm. NO OUTDOOR music at anytime. No inside music that can be heard outside the home. Any fine will be the guests responsibility to pay. Again, these rules are set by our community HOA.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs 25 pounds or less will be considered at an additional fee. Please Contact host.
