place was perfect for a relaxing weekend. Very cleaned and comfortable.

Everything was nice and clean. The heated pool was perfect for the time of year we were there. So we were happy to enjoy it in the night. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again

This is our second stay at this location and look forward to our next stay. I highly recommend this home. It’s clean and not far from everything. Quiet neighborhood and neighbors are nice.

Nice home

House is in a nice location, have stayed in that area before. House was clean, had all the amenities you would need, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Pool was very nice and heated.

Long weekend

We stayed at this property for a long weekend while we came down for a funeral. Mike was wonderful. He was very quick to respond to any communication and check in was a breeze. The house was exactly as described. The house was very clean as was the pool. There were no issues here. We would definitely stay here again.

Just right

Came in August to visit daughter/son-in-law and new grandchild in North Port. It was just what we needed, close by, clean and comfortable. Couple of small issues but the host Mike was very responsive, fixed issues immediately. Pool was great in hot summer, would have been nice if more shade but minor issue. Would definitely go back

Lovely vacation home

This house was great for our family. The pool was a little small but was just fine for cooling off in. Our son, daughter-in-law and 5 month old grandson came with us. They had the 2 queen bedrooms with connecting washroom and my husband and I had the king bedroom with ensuite and walk-in closet. We would have preferred a gas grill instead of the charcoal grill provided but again, it was fine. That was a surprise but maybe I missed that in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet, which we appreciated, and we were close to many conveniences including groceries, beaches and golf. Thanks for a wonderful break from winter back home!

Excellent Florida-home - Nice neighborhood

Thank you so much Mike! You were flawless as a host. You communicated very promptly and accurately. You were never rude or impolite. You were very accommodating and went out of your way to make sure we were satisfied. The house was very nice and clean. Awesome, fully-supplied kitchen. Comfortable, clean beds. Spotless bathrooms with plenty of towels. The lanai was excellent. We ate every meal out there. The pool was clean and warm (I liked the solar power system!) and surprisingly deep in the middle (~5.5 feet deep). Overall, we had a wonderful stay that was a lot of fun, quiet, and relaxing. Aside from a couple fire ant bites in the yard, I have zero complaints about our experience. Thanks again Mike!

Quiet, clean pool home

The house is located close to 75 for easy access to the highway and close to multiple restaurants/stores. I was in town mainly for work, but the home was located close enough to Manasota Key to slip away for a quick break to do some digging for sharks teeth. Definitely on my list if I need to return to the area!

Super clean, convenient location

We had a very good experience , home was super clean and conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet. I had a few a few questions upon checking in which was quickly answered by property manager. The only negative that my husband mentioned was the pool water was to warm. I didn't mind it! Would stay here again!!!

Excellent experience

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We arrived late evening and he was gracious enough to make sure the outside lights were on for us.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

Mike's house was perfect for visiting with family over Thanksgiving weekend. Very clean and plenty of room. Wish it was a little warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool more!

Nice house and great owner

The house was clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. Very affordable and much better than a hotel. Mike is great at communicating! Always answered my questions quickly. Highly recommend!

Very clean and quiet home

Loved this home, very clean pool was warm, and everything I needed was there as far as dishes paper towels and a bbq. Mike was very nice and attentive.. will definitely be back soon!

Great place to stay and reasonably priced!

This is our third year that we have stayed for the month of March. When we arrived the place was clean. The owner goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Even though this home is located in a neighborhood, it is amazingly quiet. Would recommend this vacation spot.
