The Space:

Inside, each room is a haven of comfort and privacy, with its own private bathroom. Our thoughtfully adorned interiors exude warmth and character, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests to revel in. Experience the perfect fusion of convenience, natural beauty, and thoughtful elegance during your stay in this enchanting Savannah gem.



3 of the bedrooms are located in the main house. The carriage house has both a queen bed and a futon.



Guest Access:

The carriage house has its own private entrance off the driveway. The driveway is shared for both the main house and the carriage house. There are 2 parking spots available in the driveway for the main house and 1 spot for the carriage house. There is also one additional parking spot in the front yard for the main house.

Please be aware that the home is on a private lake maintained by the neighbors which also includes stocking it with fish. For that reason taking fish out of the lake is not allowed. NOTE: The kayak shown in one of the photos of the listing is not included as part of the amenities. Wonderful location between Savannah and Tybee Island. Great property for our family of 8. Enjoyed the lake and the backyard. Communicative and lively hosts. Would stay again!

Southern charm

Great week with family and friends. House was perfect for 3 couples. Favorite part was sitting on the dock watching the fish jump!! Excellent location allowed us easy access to downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. House was clean but needs some updating - shower in main bedroom upstairs is TINY! Hot tub wasn’t working but property manager advised us of that the day before our visit. Great communication with property manager! Thank you! We would stay again!

This home conveys beautifully in the photos of the property. The owner is very nice and very timely in responses but I unfortunately did not have the best experience. The property does not convey well in person as it does in photos. This home has not been maintained. Given what we paid to stay here I was very let down. Walls need to be totally painted as you can see scrapes and scuffs have been spot painted with what doesn't seem to be the same color. The refrigerator bins on the door are torn off and a bottom drawer is missing. The entire house seems very worn and dated. Upon arrival there was wet laundry in the dryer ( as the lint was never cleaned out), the upstairs guest bathroom was not clean and there was hair on the guest pillows. The air filter in the living room was extremely dirty and my 80 year old father found a clean filter and changed it out. The master shower was not putting out hot water and pressure was weak.However, I contacted Allan and he immediately sent cleaners the following day and a maintenance person. The water was hot at that time and the pressure was better, so maybe a fluke. The backyard is a beautiful scenic view and is very calming. Allan did provide us a partial refund and did his best to make it right. We made the best of this and still had a great time. There is much potential for this property to be something great but it needs a little more care to get there.
