Great stay!!! Very easy and close to Universal Studios, 7 minutes. Some closer restaurants in North Hollywood to go to for dinner. Space was clean, beds were comfy, and kitchen was well stocked. Cari was responsive.

Awesome spot

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The unit had everything we needed and was so clean and fresh. Also, the most comfortable pull-out couch I've ever slept on, such a pleasant surprise. The host was extremely communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, updated, great location

Cari was super responsive and addressed questions/issues right away. Location is great in Studio City. We had a great stay, it’s like having your own little apartment in a gated area. It was quiet, clean, updated and grounds are nicely kept. Would definitely stay again.

Perfectly Appointed

Our Host did an amazing job making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The back yard is adorable. The proprrty was extremely clean and nicely furnished! The Kitchen was equipped with everything and anything you would need!Off street parking was a bonus and the location suited our plans perfectly!

It was perfect.

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties in the US, Canada and Europe and this is one of the best - well decorated, attractive, clean and well organized with amenities of a real home. The "icing on the cake" is that the owner provided great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the LA area.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located

Our stay was wonderful and perfect for what we needed. We spent a couple days at Universal Studios and this property was a comfortable place to stay away from the park within easy driving distance. My family and I had a great weekend while staying here at this home. We were celebrating my daughter's high school graduation and my son's birthday with some trips to the local amusement parks. The home is very clean and is full of many useful items to make your stay more comfortable. The owner was very helpful and her communication is wonderful. There are many great things to do in the area and also some very delicious restaurants to eat at as well.

My wife and I have stayed at this property several times: before our daughter’s wedding, just ahead of our grandson’s birth, and most recently for a full month while we cared for him as our daughter returned to work.The home is exactly as advertised—clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and very safe (gated and well lit). The young couple who live up front are wonderful: friendly, responsive, and consistently helpful. Their two pups are rarely out, but when they are, they’re sweet and well behaved.The location is terrific. Toluca Lake’s grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. Tujunga Village is just a few minutes away, and in all our stays we’ve never waited more than five minutes for an Uber. Deliveries have always been seamless.While caring for our five-month-old grandson, we took several stroller walks each day around the block. At the end of the street, a Porsche garage keeps its bay doors open, the mechanic quick with a wave. Across from it sits a charming independent bookstore—so cinematic that a film crew shot there during our stay. Around the corner, 3 or 4 elders gather outside a small cigar shop, giving the area a friendly, watched-over feel.We’ve enjoyed many nearby meals, but Twin Castle—a beloved local donut and burger shop—may be our sentimental favorite. Cecilia couldn’t be sweeter.As you can tell, this isn’t just a review. Over the past couple of years, this home has become part of our family’s story.
